Material and labour for 500 litres capacity rotational moulded polyethylene (HDPE) water storage tanks, 'ISI' marked, cylindrical, vertical with closed top conforming to IS 12701-1989 having two layers wall construction with manhole lid and suitable locking arrangement including making holes for inlet, outlet and over flow pipes, hoisted, fixed in position and testing complete including Dismantling water tanks of any description from the existing staging/ Building after disconnecting and dismantling of all existing pipe line connections carefully and taken as credit complete all as specified and as directed . Taking down carefully storage type electric water heaters (geysers) of any type and make, 25/ 50 litres capacity including disconnecting all electrical and water supply connections, carrying out all necessary servicing such as de-scaling the inner container, heating element etc., with and including diluted hydrochloric acid and cleaning thoroughly, filling the inner container with water and arresting the leakage by bracing, welding, re-assembling the geyser, fixed to wall with suitable bolts and nuts duly grouted including re-connecting the electrical and water supply connections and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over a coat of primer to geysers of capacity 25 litres including complete removal of existing paint and necessary preparation of surfaces and writing the MES number 25mm size with black enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.
