Removing of the following unserviceable/broken wooden Parts from chair dining and Supply & Fixing of New Parts made out of Ist class hard Wood (Teak) duly polished, made to shape and size as per drgs, including max no of brackets (06) used in tightening of entire chair, fixing of joints with glue and bamboo pins,S & F new superior quality pvc shoes and polishing of complete chair after sanding by suitable sand paper.all as specified and shown on drgs and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(Notes- (a) New parts will be measured and paid for separately as supply only here-in-after) (b) Unit rate quoted for this item shall include the cost of complete labour element & minor items such as polish , screws, nails bamboo pins etc required as directed including labour for fixing new parts.

Removing of the fllowing unserviceable / broken PVC seat of chair dining MAP and supply & fixing PVC seat 4 mm thick with holes screwd with rails and supporting 25x25 mm wooden stiffner provided for support to centere of the pvc seat

Supply OF new bottam stiffener of first class hard teak wood, made to shape complete all as specified and shown in drg.

Supply new short rails of table dining 4'x3' of first class hard teak wood,made to shape complete all as specified and shown in drg.

supply new Pre-laminated particle board 19mm thick light shade as approved by GE with 6mm thick teak wood beading alround the edges of partical board complete all as specified and shown in drg.

Removing unserviceable / broken top of table and S & F new table top made out of 18/19 mm thick pre - laminated particle board exterior grade colour as per existing colour and including 4 mm thick teak wood edging around including tighjting the same

Removing unserviceable / broken keyboard tray and supply and fixing new made out of 18/19 mm thick pre laminated board key board tray (450x 480 mm) on standard telescopic channels and tube shall be 25 mm thick square pipe (18 Gauge) complete all as specified and shown on drg.

TV Trolley: Drg No.FD/E6/MAP/04

Removing unserviceable / broken glass 5 mm thick and providing 5 mm openable plain glass with hinges and magntic catcher and stainless steel fitting for glass shutter is to be provided in two equal shelves (double hung) openable on either sides with two no of stainless steel hinges in each side and one no of magntic cathcher for each shutter at centre of TV Unit and as directed by Engr - In -Charge.

Removing unserviceable / broken top of TV trolley and S & F new table top made out of 18/19 mm thick pre - laminated particle board one side decorative and other side white with 4 mm thick teak wood edging around including tighjting the same and as directed by Engr - In - Charge.

Taking down old nylon wheels for stool and new heavy duty revolving nylon double wheels (04 Nos) shall be provided.

Teapoy

Removing of old unserviceable top of teapoy and supply & fixing new Pre-laminated particle board 19mm thick light shade as approved by GE with 4mm thick teak wood beading alround the edges of partical board complete all as specified and shown in drg.

Removing and supply of new Leg shall be made of well seasoned first class teakwood

Removing and supply of new Short rail shall be made well seasoned first class hardwood

Removing and supply of new Long rail shall be made well seasoned first class hardwood

Removing of unserviceable /broken shutter of Book Case and providing new shutter made out with 18/19mm thick pre-laminated particle board/MDF exterior grade laminated one side teak veneer natural finish and other side white/12 mm BWR Playwood with Sunmica (Make-Novapan)with piano type hinges and providing 4mm thick 1st class hard wood teak edging around with new chromium plated knobs.all as shown on as per existing pattern and as directed by Engr - In - Charge. Chair Easy cushions

Removing of old unserviceable cushioned seat & back of chair easy cushions and supply & fixing new cushioned seat and back of approved rexin for chair easy cushioned Seat & back shall be made of 75mm thick & 40 density, cushion fixed on 12mm thick BWR ply which shall be rest on 75x75x25mm Teak Wood stoppers, floppers to be fixed at four corners of main frame of chair complete all as specified and shown on drawing Make of foam :- Fetherfoam/ sleepwell/ kurlon.

Removing of old unserviceable cushioned from chair arm of chair easy cushions and supply & fixing new cushioned to arm with approved rexin for chair easy cushioned all as specified and shown on drawing Make of foam :- Fetherfoam/ sleepwell/ kurlon.

Removing of old unserviceable, Rear leg of chair dining cushioned and Supply & fixing with new legs of first class hard teak wood,made to shape complete all as specified and shown in drg.

Removing of old unserviceable, arm rest of chair easy and Supply & fixing with new arm rest of first class hard teak wood,made to shape complete all as specified and shown in drg.

Removing of old unserviceable, front leg of chair dining cushioned and Supply & fixing with new legs of first class hard teak wood,made to shape complete all as specified and shown in drg.

Removing old / unserviceable plywood / teak veneered duly polished and provide new 6 mm thick with teak veneered one side and commercial face veneers on other side shown on as per drg.

Removing old / unserviceable Pegs and provide new pegs shall be of mild steel copper oxidized shown on as per drg.
