Establishment of Smart Classrooms in 3862 Elementary, Secondary & Senior Secondary and KGBV Schools

The bidder shall have executed Supply of IT Hardware and Maintenance of similar projects worth not less than Rs.7200 lakhs for package 1 and Rs.88 lakhs for package 2, in any one year out of last 3 Years to any Government / PSUs. The bidder shall have executed supply of Interactive Display Board of Rs.2700 lakhs for package 1 and LED Projectors of Rs.33 lakhs for package 2 in single contract/order/bill. For MSME as per order FD908 Exp-12/2019 dated 21-07-2020 is applicable.

The bidder shall be a Company registered with concerned authority and should be operating in India for the past three years (2021-2022, 2022-2023, 2023-2024, 2024-25, and 2025-26)

The bidder must be either the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or an authorized dealer certified by the OEM. Both Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and their authorized dealers are eligible to bid. Only one representation is allowed. More than one authorization will be disqualified. OEM should have at least three years of presence in India with commercial activities in technology solutions. OEM must have their own manufacturing/contract manufacturing facility in India from last three years for manufacturing Display/Projector.

For Package 1 - The Bidder shall have Service Centres in each of the districts being serviced (for the purpose of service centres, bidders own service centres in case of authorized dealer or OEMs service centres of similar products or MOU with any existing service centres in the districts are considered.) to provide requisite services to destinations as per Annexure-3. For Package 2 - The Bidder shall have Service Centres at district / division level being serviced (for the purpose of service centres, bidders own service centres in case of authorized dealer or OEMs service centres of similar products or MOU with any existing service centres in the districts are considered) to provide requisite services to destinations as per Annexure-3A

The bidder shall have positive net worth in each of the last 3 audited financial years ending March 2025.

The bidder shall have average annual turnover of Rs.18000 lakhs for package 1 and 230 lakhs for package 2 in the last 3 audited financial years for supply and service of goods of similar nature (2022-2023, 2023-2024 and 2024-25). For MSME as per order FD908 Exp-12/2019 dated 21-07-2020 is applicable

The bidder shall have filed IT returns for the last 3 audited financial years (2022-2023, 2023-2024 and 2024-25).

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices (Black List) issued by any State Government or PSU or by Government of India or Local Bodies as on Bid Submission Date.

The bidder should submit the samples and demonstrate the equipment as in Table 1, as per the TAP Committee Technical Specification Annexure 4. The cost of the samples including transportation, and demonstration shall be borne by the bidder. Submission of samples does not guarantee acceptance of the bidder

The bidder shall have a valid GST registration number and income tax registration and provide GST and PAN number

For Start-up company, Government Order NO: FD 218 Exp-12/2021 Bangalore, Dated: 01/09/2021 is applicable

All requirements mentioned in Section VII should be met. All equipments mentioned in table-1 should be supplied as per Annexure 4
