Taking down cement or cement lime plaster , any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair face of brick walls/ concrete surfaces and finished even and fair in any position incl scafolding etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on fair face of brick walls/ concrete surfaces & finished even and fair in any position incl scafolding etc, complete all as specified.

M & L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks of old size, straight or curved on plan to any radious built in CM 1:4 including demolition of Brickwork built in cement mortar including all quioins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified.

M & L for Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified.

M & L forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Non-Skid coloured ceramic tiles 7-8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 sqm but n.exc 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and incl 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 300x600x7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and incl 10mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 20 mm thick granite (of any type) work( table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like over and incl 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4, pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite slab , notching and moulding including dismantling of existing granite of any type complete all as specified and as directed .

S & F steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes confrming to IS 1161-1979 grade St-240 including dismantling of existing steel work of any type complete.

S & F pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling of existing Plain or corrugated AC Sheet, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs Vitreous china urinal (White/Off white) type size 420mm x 395mm x 635mm fixed including all fixing accessories (Such as fastener for fixing, 01x waste pipe, 01 x PVC connection, 01 x Pusch Cock CP) complete all as specified and as directed. M & L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection laid in bays & surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, including demolition of existing Plinth protection (PCC) complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/loose soil each not exceeding 0.5 cum getting out, returning, filling in ramming earth or broken rubble in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m and making good surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor or in any position and paving not exc. 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (SGSW/ AC/RCC) set in cement mortar for 150mm to 300mm dia pipe, and removal of debris from site and deposited where directed at a distance not exc 1KM from site complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 200 mm dia (internal dia) RCC hume pipe class NP -2 laid and and jointed complete with colleres complete laid in trenches and tested complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm grade stone aggregate as in bed to drain pipe 200 mm bore incl forming cradles complte all as specified and directed.
