Having examined the tender documents, the terms and conditions stipulated therein, and the specifications of work etc., I/We, the undersigned, further offer to execute the Optical Fiber Cable construction(Excavation of trenches by OT/HDD, Laying of pipes, OF Cable Blowing and other allied works) works in Section-1 of OD Bangalore Phase-II OFC Patch works in this tender, in conformity with the said specifications and terms of contract, at the rate quoted in Rupees per meter on the route-wise schedule of quantities and the estimated cost of works put to tender as mentioned in the tender document under Section-XIX, as quoted below :

Total cost = (Rate quoted per meter for HDD X Qty floated for HDD in meter + Rate quoted per No. for Surface Level Chamber X Qty floated for Chamber in No.). Evaluation and comparison shall be done on the basis of total cost arrived.

If our Bid is accepted, we shall submit the securities as per conditions mentioned in the contract. We agree to abide by this Bid for a period of 240 days from the date of opening of bid and it shall remain binding upon us and may be accepted at any time before the expiry of that period. We are willing to carry out the allied OFC works wherever required as per the prefixed rates mentioned in the tender document.
