"Providing and installing 200 mm i/d straight tubewell drilling of 650 mm (26"/22"/18") of suitable size borehole in alluvial formation clay/granular zones composed on pebbles, cobbles in semi rocky with percussion/ direct / reverse rotary rig including the cost of consumable store fuel , oil & transportation of rig to the site of proposed bore.Complete in all respect upto full depth (0 to 200 mtr depth BGL) 1. Erection and dismantliing of boring plant including all arrangement for the transportation of the boring equipment to site of work from the store of contractor at site and back are to be made by the contractor at his own cost. All rates should be quoted for supplying the material at site of work . Pits for collection of water and water for drilling tubewell be arranged by the firm / contractor at site at his own cost. 2. In case the bore is converted into a tubewell payment of bore shall be made up to the bail plug plus margin (7% of main bore drilling or as actual as per field requirement whichever is less) required for sustaining the main bore. The test bore beyond margin shall be paid at the rate of test bore drilling".

Supplying & lowering MS Pipe as per IS 4270-2001 including MS sockets having dimensions as per IS code duly welded with MS electrode to have extra strenght to lower the pipe into tubewell bore.

Supplying at quarry site of gravel of 1/16" to 1/8" sizes including pouring and packing in the annular space between the pipe assembly and the bore. The gravel should be free from, dust, dirt, or the vegetable manner as per IS 4097/1967 with latest amendments (to be paid as per actual lenght of pipe)

Development and stabilizing of the tubewell with Air compressor or required capacity as directed by the engineer-in-charge including cost of tools, appliances & consumable to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Capacity of Air Compressor 550 cfm at 600 PSI

Development and stabilizing of the tubewell with submersible pump of required capacity as directed by the engineer-in-charge including cost of tools, appliances & consumable to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Making electric Logging of borehole with electronic well logger including cost of equipment at site etc.complete in all respect

Testing of water sample for heavy metal from RAWTL Mohali approved laboratory (toxic material such as arsenic, lead, aluminum, cadmium, mercury, chromium, nickel and pesticides and uranium etc.

Supply, lowering and jointing of M.S. special socket to connect S.S. strainer to M.S. pipe duly welded with suitable grade welding electrode complete in all respect.

Providing, Laying, fixing & jointing of PVC pipes as per ISI-4985 (ISI marked with prior approval of Engineer-in-charge) along the Trenches and laying the same in Trenches to correct alignment and gradients, cutting, jointing and testing complete as per specifications including excavation & back filling as per analysis A 14 complete in all respects.

Supplying lowering of 100 mm dia GI pipe as per IS 1239 (B - class) premim make such (as Jindal Hisar) including cost of specials such as tees, bends , sockets elbow etc, cutting , treading and testing in trenches in the ground. Complete in all respects( based on design calculations)

Providing and fixing of submerssible of 4 mm ² core cable, complete in all respect.

Providing installing, testing and commissioning of 1 no. SOFTWARE BASED STAR DELTA SMART MOTOR CONTROL PANEL (EC/WS) electricity & water saver, 1 HP to 12.50 HP oil immersed 2 set contactor complete job including indicators, switches, over load functions, line fault protection, power saving functions as per manufacture specifications, details & enclosure etc. Complete in all respect including carriage & installation charges as mentioned below:- (a) (0 to 25 amp, DIGITAL RELAY) (b) 1 HP to 12.50 HP oil immersed 2 set contactor (attached analysis)

Providing and installing 100 mm dia delivery main (From Tube well to Duck Foot bend including cost of C.I/D.F Pipes, D/F Sluice valves, D/F NRV & Specials as C.I Bends, Tail Piece Tees etc. inside the pump chamber as per standard design complete in all respects (As per analysis attached).
