Supply and fixing 60 mm thick (M35 grade) precast interlocking tile/paving block factory casted (made by using PVC paver mould / Rubber paver moulds on Vibrating Table Machine) using grey cement and pigment, prepolished & preglazed, shape haxagon / trigular / zigzag / I-shaped etc, as directed, prepolished & preglazed, specification as per relevant IS, having compressive strength not less than 350 Kg/ Sqcm, laid over sand upto required thick layer and filling the interstices etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : - (i) Sand for filling shall be measured & paid separately as Supply only but labour for spreding leveling shall be included in the unit rate of this item)

Supply only fine sand without silt (Fazilka/Zera or any other approved sources) for filling under interlocking tiles and the interstices etc and under floor complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brickwork or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar in any description including cleaning and stacking serviceable brick for re use and balance removing rubbish from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size burnt clay bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down wooden shutters only of any description area exceeding 1.0 sqm and not exceeding 2.0 sqm each and refixing in same opening after necessary easing, adjustments, minor repairs etc all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area exceeding 1.50 sqm but not exceeding 4 Sqm each and removing from site including cutting holes for removal of old rusted hold fast and prepare the surface for new hold fast complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply and fixing factory made 105 x 60mm pressed steel frames, thickness of sheet 1.25mm for doors with one or more rebates including supply and fixing necessary lugs and lock strike plate, etc. , including fixing butt hinges suitable Nos as directed for each leaf, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge. Note : - (i) Butt hinges shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ as supply only.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C-0, using 12.5 mm graded aggregated as in back filling of chowkhats and for filling in block of hold fast complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply & fixing factory made plain framed panelled shutters (two or three panels as approved), 35mm thick of 2nd class hard wood (Hollock) with lock rail and panel inserts of 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces or timber flat on both sides (feather edged). Supply and fixing bib tap cast copper alloy, chromium plated, fancy type with crutch or butterfly handle with capstan head, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule 15mm bore complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- The minimum weight shall be as given in SSR or in relevant IS.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for mild steel rolled sections framed work, framed/truss work for fixing GI sheets (design for framing as directed by Engineer-in-charge) and using angle, tee or other section with web and flange cut to shape, drilled and counter sunk for screw, as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates, gusset plates, brackets, bending and welding, riveting etc, conforming to Gde Fe-410-W (Gde E-250 quality A) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for mild steel work tubular trusses, poles/post including special shaped washers etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to latest relevant IS grade St-240 complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment (any layers of existing treatment ) from walls/pillars/cornices by scraping down with using mechanical sander machine (including provision of dust sucking) upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge, brooming and washing down and preparing the surfaces smooth complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE : - Complete removal /scraping to old existing treatment as directed by Engineer-in-charge, surface after complete removal and before applying further treatment the surface shall be passed in writing by the Enigineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparing the plastered surfaces smooth and to make good depression by applying average 3mm thick layer (1.5mm thick each in two layer application ) of white cement based putty (wall care putty, make Birla JK or equvilent as approved by Engineer-in-charge) and sanding the surface by using mechanical sander machine (including provision of dust sucking) to make the even and smooth upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge to receive surface finish of any type of treatment complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Material and labour for concealed sub main wiring with 4 Sqmm single core (Two run) FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed multistrand copper conductor cable drawn through and including PVC conduit 20mm dia (medium quality ISI marked), on independent circuit and including one run 4 Sqmm FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed multi strand copper conductor cable continues as earth wire connected to earth dolly etc. including all fitting arrangement i.e. PVC clamp, rawl plug, screw, terminal/junction box, tee, bend etc. and including cutting of chases in wall, and making good disturbed surfaces of walls as per original complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :-Three run of 4 sqmm copper wire and one run conduit shall be measured as one RM length for payment.

Material and labour for surface sub main wiring with 4 Sqmm single core (Two run) FRLSH PVC insulated multistrand copper conductor drawn through and including PVC pipe 20mm dia or casing caping 32mm (heavy duty) on independent circuit and including one run 4 Sqmm FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed multi strand copper conductor continues as earth wire connected to earth dolly etc. including all fitting arrangement i.e. PVC clamp, rawl plug, screw, terminal box, tee, bend etc. including making good disturbed surfaces of walls/ceiling etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :-Three run of 4 sqmm copper wire and one run casing caping shall be measured as one RM length.

Supply and fixing Air termination, single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long at roof of building/shed at any height, rod fixing/grouted in PCC block of size 200x200x300mm made by PCC (1:2:4) B-1 using 20mm stone aggregate including form work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall with saddles or chases or buried in ground for loop earthing and down conductors (building at any height) etc. or any other indicated situation as required by using 32 x 6mm copper strip including making good to disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Aluminium strip 25 x 3.15mm fixing with suitable size saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors (building at any height) above ground including making good to disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 3.15mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to and including earth continuity copper strip 32x6 mm (upto test point from earth plate i.e upto 7.5m) by means of GI bolts/nuts/washers and including protected by 40mm dia GI light grade protection pipe from earth plate to test point. Earth plate shall be surrounded by packed layer of char coal/coke & salt all around bottom and top with alternative layer. 20mm GI light grade pipe for watering (should be 10cm above GL) and including socket, plug, funnel, wire mesh, CI cover 10mm thick hanged to CFI frame, PCC chamber pit made with PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), including necessary form work, excavation and earth work in any type of soil , returning filling and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m, complete all as specified & shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part – I complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (i) PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 metre away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner. (ii) Test point shall be measured & paid separately under appropriate item of this BOQ (iii) Earthing result should be less than 3 Ohms and the earth testing arrangement should be done by the contractor as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos, 8mm dia 25mm long hex head screw including junction box made out of GI sheet 3.15mm thick, size of box 150x75x50mm suitable for test point terminal complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (i) Copper strip 32x6mm, earth plate to test point shall be included in main item of earthing.

Supply and fixing ceiling rose (ISI marked) surface type polycarbonate isolated body two to three terminal, topline series 20x50mm, 6 Amp, 250 volts, including fixing arrangement as per site condition complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ
