Servicing of Rolling shutters located in inactive areas once in six months which includes greasing, oiling, overhauling and replacing of defective parts (if required) including cost of consumables such as grease, oil, bolts, nuts, screws, pin and other required consumables etc. excluding cost of spare parts which will be paid separately as directed by Engineer In Charge and technical specification. (Rate is for one-time operation, shall be valid and effective for 6 months without any operational problem from the date of overhauling) Note: Payment/ Measurement will be made based on the clear structural opening dimension and hood will not be measured.

Supply, Erection of Siemens (or) equivalent make heavy duty ISI electrical motor, 3 Ph, 1.5HP,415 V, F/R type,S1 Duty class, class –F insulation, IP55 with output of 1440 RPM, suitable for operating rolling shutter including starter switch gear 35 RPM, Top and bottom limit switches, GI conduit pipe with wiring, reverse & forward switch of BOSCH (or) equivalent make ..etc to complete all as per technical specification.(Optional items -as and when required basis)

Dismantling of rolling shutters as all levels including the cost of labour and all scaffolding, gas cutting set (if required)..etc as directed by Engineer in charge. (Optional items -as and when required basis)

Re-fixing of rolling shutters as all levels including the cost of labour, supply and fixing of Anchor fasteners, scaffolding and welding (if required)..etc as directed by Engineer in charge. (Optional items -as and when required basis)
