Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: a)Foundations, footings, bases for columns etc.for mass concrete

b) Columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts and struts

Providing and fixing upto floor five level precast cement concrete hollow blocks including hoisting and setting in position in cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 course sand) cost of required centring, shuttering and curing complete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand: 6 graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

15mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1:4 (1 cement :4 fine sand)

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade on New work (two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10sqm)

Providing and laying damp-proof Course 50mm thick with cememt concrete :2:4 (1 cement:2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Prioviding and fixing of G.I barbed wire

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts upto floor five level including curing but excluding cost of centering shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc.including cutting , hoisting , fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished welded type tubes
