Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description such as beams/ chajja/parapet wall of buildings and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonary built in cement mortor including all quoins,arches,pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete un-reinforced in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius bulit in C:M 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection, 50 mm thick, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement as in plinth protection including provision of construction joints complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in shelves/counters, beams, Chajja/Parapet wall etc complete all as specified and directed.

Form work for soffits of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase, shelves/slabs of flat surfaces rough finished n. exc. 200mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Form work for sides/egdes of shelves/slabs of flat surfaces rough finished exc 50mm but n. exc. 100mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to RCC sunshades, Chajjas, Balconies, Columns, bands, beams, slabs and similar RCC work at any position/height by dismantling loose/disintegrated portion and dubbing out with Cement Concrete 1:1½:3, 15mm to 50mm thick using 6 to 12mm graded stone aggregate to make up and finished to required shape including provision of necessary supports if required and stitching of cracks with mild steel U clamps made out of 8mm dia @ 150mm c/c with inserting concrete block stretcher with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with adhesive chemical (Polymer based) and reinforced with PVC chicken mesh including form work where ever required and finished with10 mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 finished even and fair without using extra cement including preparation of surfaces to receive finishes, upto a height of 10 mtrs complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection, 50 mm thick, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement as in plinth protection, or similar work including provision of construction joints complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description, any thickness from external surfaces of walls/soffits etc. incl raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbibg down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement plastering 15mm thick in two layers (10mm and 5mm respectively) in cement mortar 1:4 including mixing of liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions on brick work or concrete surfaces etc finished even and smooth without using extra cement and fixing of chicken wire gauge where directed complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for cement plastering 10mm thick in cemet mortar 1:6 on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Complete removal of existing treatment of any type/description such as cement base paint, internal emulsion etc from external surfaces/ internal surfaces of walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc with mechanical means/grinder complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall incl preparation of complete surface by using Birla cement white putty to obtain smooth surface and applying two coats of Oil emulsion paint. over a coat of primer all as specified complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls/Ceiling including cornices,pillasters etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing including filling up of holes/cracks using white correct/wall putty and removal of nails and applying one coat of white washcomplete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including bromming down or steel wire brushing , scrapping down smoke soot, moulds moss and efflorosecent salts and trading oil and greasy sports and including filling the nail holes/depressions by using filling compound like putty to obtain even and smooth finish and applyning two coat of Oil bound distemper complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for preparation of old decorated, plastered and unplastered surfaces of walls facia,chajja, honey comb wall etc by brooming, complete removal by mechanical means and steel wire brushing and applying two coat of cement base paint (up to height 12m) all as specified (Note : the item cover cement base paint of yellow colour wherever is required) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and apply of rust remover cum passivator by brush in two coat @ 0.3 kg/m2/coat of Density: 1.01 Kg/l at 300C complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and all as specified. Note : The application of rust removal shall be got done through the authorised applicator of manufacturer of membrane only all as specified and directed. Make/Product: Sika Rustoff 100 or equivalent from Fosroc

Supply and apply Cementitious Coating for Corrosion Protection having a cement based polymer modified rebar corrosion protection system by appling the first coat approx. 1mm thick layer of product carbonation resistance 2 mm as specified corresponds to 20 mm of normal mortar; bond strength > 1N/mm2 according to ASTM C 882-78 applying @ 4 kg/m2 for two coats onto the prepared reinforcing steel with a medium- stiff brush. It is unavoidable that Sspecified product will also be applied onto the surrounding concrete. The second coat is applied in the same way after a waiting time of 2-3 hours (at +20°C) complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and all as specified.

Providing, mixing & applying two component Epoxy resin concrete Bonding coat on prepared RCC surfaces as per manufacturer's specification including prepartaion of surface by chipping and throughly cleaning of surface complete whereever required and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. Consumption: 0.5 kg/m2. complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and all as specified. Product requirements: Complies with ASTM C 881 Type II Grade 2 Class B+C.

Supply and apply a pre-batched one component polymer modified cementitious patch repair mortar in 25 mm thickness. Yield: approx. 0.84 ltr/kg. System requirements: compressive strength >= 50 N/mm2 (28 days) according to ASTM C 109; flexural strength >= 3N/ mm2 (7 days) according to ASTM C 293-79. Consumption of 2.1 Kg/Sqm/mm

Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified by Engineer-in- charge

Providing and laying 3mm thick APP (Atactic Polyproplene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, weight not less than 4.0 Kg/Sqm water proofing membrane black finished, reinforced with non-woven polyster matt make as approved including of a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 ltr/sq.m by the same membrane manufacturer of density 0.87 to 0.89 Kg/Ltr at 25 degree C temperature and viscosity 70 - 160 cps Over the coat, 3mm th 5 layered APP membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealling all joints etc after the surface complete as per standard practice as per manufacturers instructions. The laying of membrane shall be got done as per the instructions of manufacurer, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge.

M&L for PCC cement concete tiles of size 250x250 and 20 to 25mm thick laid as in roof floor over 15mm thick (1:4) cement bed, set, jointing and pointing with grey cement and pigment complete all as directed by Engineer-in- charge

M & L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates as in edge, chamfered and coping etc ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge
