12mm.Thick plaster with cement mortar Proportion of Cement & F/Sand of 125 F.M. mortar in1:4 as per SI No. 584

Providing & Laying of R.C.C. work with cement, coarse sand , and 2 cm. gauge stone Ballast in the Proportion1:2:4(1 Cement,:6 aggrigate )in Lintels of Doors & Windows excluding supply of all reinforcement and its bending but includs its fixing and winding wire and i/c Necessary centring and shuttering etc. and also i/c supply of all materials,labour & T&P etc. required for proper compleation of the work strength of the concrete shall not be less than M-150 as per S.I. NO. NO 283

Mild Steel or iron in Plain such as R.C.C. and R.B. work ( when Not include an over all rates ) wrought to required shape as necessary i/c bending for proper completion of the work and i/c supply of steel its wastage bend hooks authorised over laping shall be measured up to floor two level as per SI.
