Revamp of flooring by providing high dennsity chequred tiles in front of Market/Showrooms/Boothsand refixing paver blocks backside SCO in market SCO no 1 to 2 and 35 to 46 and around the car bazar sector 13 Manimajra Chandigarh.

Taking out existing kerb stones of all types from footpath/ central verge, including removal of mortar etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantlling of existing G.I. Pipe railig on ground and removing of CC 1:2;4 block of size 1'-0"x0'-9"x1'-0" complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge DSR 16.83

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III): 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) DSR 4.1.10

Laying at or near ground level old kerb stones of all types in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints, except at sharp curve, shall not be more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Laying of kerb of size 2’-0” x 9” having 4” thickness at bottom and 3” thickness at top and made of plain cement concrete 1:2:4 duly vibrated and compacted. The rates also includes fixing in position at or near ground level in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints, except at sharp curve, shall not be more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Laying old cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 20 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Old CC paver blocks shall be supplied by the department free of cost).

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over 20mm thick cement sand mortar 1:4 including grouting the joints with cement mortar etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

High Density Chequered Tiles 25mm thick of Minimum 300mm x 300mm size of approved design by Engineer Incharge of NTC, NITCO, Sham Tiles make , jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles, including rubbing and polishing complete, on 15 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Refixing and repair of old G.I. Pipe railing on ground by providing CC 1:2:4 block of size 1'-0"x0-9"x1'-0" complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
