Taking down carefully aluminium point wiring light, fan, sockets or power complete from surface wiring or from concealed wiring without disturbing concealed conduit including fittings such as ceiling rose, light fittings of any type, fan regulators etc and making good to the disturbed surfaces wall ceiling floors to match existing surfaces.

S & F Point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm single core multi stranded copper conductor FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 V grade cable including 1.5 Sqrnm copper conductor multi stranded PVC insulated unsheathed cable for earth continuity conductor in and including PVC casing and capping/conduit with all accessories and l.2mm thick PVC bóx with 3 mm uniform thick laminated ISI marked sheet cover for mounting of switches sockets regulators etc complete for one light point, controlled by one switch /5 amps one way one fan point controlled by one switch and regulator / one socket outlet point three pin 5 amps.

All as per item No.2 above but with 2.5 sqmm cable for socket outlet 3 pin 15 Amps on independent board incl 2.5 sqmm PVC standard copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor .

All as per item No.2 above but one staircase light control by 2 Nos two way switch.
