Supply of FULLY AUTOMATIC non corrodable cubicle type vaccum feed chlorinator confirming to IS 10553 (Part 2) 1983 with latest amendments, capacity of 0.0Kg/hr to 10.0 Kgs/hr along with the following essential parts for protection (All the components should be made out of non corrosive type materials)A) Stainless Steel 316 Chlorine Gas fillter with all accessories and control valvesB) Vaccum regulator with Teflon diaphragm and Teflon working parts, which would stop the chlorine flow from the cylinder in case of power failure/water shortage.C) Compensating differential regulator with Teflon diaphragm and working parts to maintain the constant down stream pressure.D) Borosilicate glass rotameter with scale to measure the flow of chlorine gas.E) Flow regulating pressure valve to maintain the constant flow of required chlorine gas.F) Injector to create the necessary vacuum at a minimum water pressure of 0.5 Kg / cm2.G) Vaccum pressure breaker to prevent the possibility of water being drawn into the chlorinator and chlorine cylinderH) All connection pipes for chlorine gas shall be made out of Copper with necessary fittings.
