Supplying, installation and testing and commisioning of Kirloskar iGreen Make 2R1040 G1 Model 25.5 HP @ 1500 RPM, Two Cylinder, Vertical, Water Cooled Diesel Oil Engine Directly Coupled with Kirloskar Green Make AC Alternator 3-Phase 415 Volts, 50 HZ 0.8 PF, Self Exicted Self regulated designed to run at 1500 RPM 16 KW/20 KVA DG SET with central pullution control Board CPCB-II approved DG SET with complete accessories including 12 Volt 120 AH Battery as required or its equivalent model as per the above specification

Laying of one number PVC sheathed /XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/Hume/Metal pipe as required.

a) Upto 35 sq.mm

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm x 600 mm x 3mm thick including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangements and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc with charcoal/coke and salt as required

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Supplying and laying of one number double walled corrugated high density polyethlene pipe having corrugation on the outer wall and plain surface inner wall confirming to IS: 14930 PART-I & II Complete with necessary HDPE fittigs for protection of 1.1 KV grade under ground cable directly in ground at a depth of 50 cm i/c excavation and refilling the trench.

a) 40mm outer dia and 32mm inner dia

Supplying of following size ISI marked PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE (heavy duty) 1.1 KV grade ArmouredAluminium conductor cable conforming to IS:7098 (Part - I ).

a) 25 sqmm x 3.5 core

Wiring for circuit/sub main wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/recessed PVC conduit as required.

2 X 6 sq. mm + 1 X 6 sq. mm earth wire

Supplying and fixing following way, horizontal type three pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 415 V, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator)

4 way (4 + 12), Double door

Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing following rating, four pole, 415 V, isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing of ONLOAD changeover switch- Side Handle Operation in sheet enclosure 415 V AC, 50 Hz Four Pole of rating 100 Amps Make- Standard Electricals Cat No- ISCFFE0100 or any equivalent as per the specifications above
