Restraining & resecuring existing galvanised/MS barbed wire straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed

S & F mild steel TMT round bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooking for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 11 above but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers,distribution and binders

M & L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, parapets and railing upto 60 cm in height, coping, kneelers, apex stones bed plates, etc and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed including necessary use and waste of form work complete.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galavanised fencing any size or type all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) pipe 50 mm dia in any length provided as in brick wall as weep hole, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Preparation of new or previously untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise description, over 10 cm width or girth apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in machine pressed precast concrete 60 mm thick glossy except interlocking paver block M-35 Grade to IS 15658-2006, with grey cement and no pigment laid over dry sand cushioning, filling of joints with sand including demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness etc. colour and shape as approved, complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separately) .

M & L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded aggregate as in surface channel and drains etc. with required necessary form work and including demolition of PCC, complete all as specified and directed

S & F Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers, in roofs, wall clading, or as view cutter over the boundary wall, etc. including dismantling of corrugated steel sheeting, complete all as specifed and directed.

Excavation in trench in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5M wide and not exceeding 1.5M in depth not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in any type of soil complete.

M & L machine pressed precast concrete 60 mm thick glossy interlocking paver block M-35 Grade to IS 15658-2006, with grey cement and no pigment laid over dry sand cushioning, filling of joints with sand including demolition of tiles of any description or thickness etc. colour and shape as approved, complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separately) .

M & L precast cement concrete curved stone with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) set in cement mortar 1:6 etc including demolition. , complete all as specified and directed.

M & L sand filling under floors or interlocking tile or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed

M & L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in mass concrete, foundation and any other location etc. and including demolition of PCC, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for flat Square, rectangular or polygonal Form work to sides of pillars, posts, struts, columns and stanchions.

Use & waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beam, drain wall and soffits (if any) of drain slab and similar work, vertical or to batter surfaces for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC (nominal mix) Type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beam, plinth beams, bases for columns, drain wall, basement slabs etc. and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 37 above as in colums, posts and struts.

S & F hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 39 above but fixing only Note : Old steel obtained from dismantling item shall be reused.

Dismantling of disturbed existing galvanised steel sheeting from the angle iron picket, MS square tube frame, or any other type of fixing and stacking the same a side or store safely and refixing the same to angle iron pickets or MS steel frame at old/new place after completetion of stone/ Brick wall work in any height , any position, any description, fixed galvanised sheet with coach screws and washers, as in wall clading, roof, or as view cutter over the boudary wall, etc. complete all as specifed and directed.

Dismantling of Concertina coil of any dia and length over existing barbed wire fencing of any height, shape or any place and re laying of concertina coil in old/new location in any dia , any expended length any height , any place and securing two colis each other and to barbed wire with 'U' clips staples , including all necessary securing material complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of timber scantlings in fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins, etc under 40sqm in section complete as directed

M&L for preparation of old concrete / PP tile surface of any description b brooming with coir/ wire brushes and cleaning and washing the floor surface with water to remove the fine dust and applying two coats of Lacquer polish (1001) chemical mixed with pigment all as per manufacturer;s instruction complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge
