M&L for factory made 35mm thick second class (Indian Sal, Bijasal, Hollock or Benteak) hardwood plain, framed, panelled shutter (two or three panels) with lock rail and panel of 9mm thick B.W.P commercial ply or 12mm thick veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces; size of rail and stiles as per IS: 1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Butt hinge will be measured and paid for separately as "Supply only".

Supply and fix aluminium handles 150mm size, cast type, anodised complete all as specified & directed.

Supplying & fixing 100mm size butt hinges, extruded aluminium alloy with galvanized mild steel hinge pin, anodized, type B-21 complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only stainless steel wire cloth, 0.63mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples or any other means as per site requirement complete all as specified & directed. Note:- To be fixed in steel windows/ ventilators since fixing element of this item has already been considered alongwith steel windows/ ventilators as taken here-in-before.

S&F in repair galvanised mild steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.4mm fixed with tinned tacks or wire staples complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix rolled mild steel sections conforming to Fe- 410-W (Gde E-250) quality-A as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails & guides for sliding doors, fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates etc complete all as specified & directed.

S&F steel rolling shutters, gear operated type with gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple, Safety lever locks mild steel with 4 levers and one shop coat of primer, erected in position as indicated for 1.25 mm thickness of lath complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling/taking down unserviceable parts of steel rolling shutters (Self coiling types i.e. push pull mechanically type with gear operating system and for repairing and overhauling of rolling shutters and greasing/oiling of members of rolling shutters. Notes:- (i) Refixing of rolling shutters duly repaired/overhauled/painted shall be included in the quoted rates of this item. (ii) Fixing of new parts of rolling shutters shall be included in the quoted rates of this item. (iii) Replacing of new parts of rolling shutters shall be measured and paid for separately as supplying only under the relevents items. (iv) Makes/Size/Speifications of new parts of rolling shutters as per existing specification of rolling shutters. (v) Any damage or loss of rolling shutter during taking down/dismantling shall be made good by the contractor at his own cost complete all as specified. (Area of rolling shutter = 2.12x3.072 Mtr)

M&L for preparation of old painted iron and steel surfaces by scraping & rubbing down with sand paper, removing dense and scratches, if any and filling the same with paste filler and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified.

S&F safety lever lock mild steel with 4 leavers for rolling shutters complete all as specified.

Supply only MS sheet 1.25 mm thick for hood cover complete all as specified and directed.

Notes : 1. The rates quoted allow for cutting to dead length where required, notching, drilling, fitting, riveting and/or welding or connecting with bolts and nuts (including rivets or bolts and nuts), providing and fitting angle cleats, fish plates, gusset plates etc., also for wedging, plumbing, truing up and fixing complete. 2. M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 350x250x7mm or 450x350x7mm thick as approved by GE on vertical surfaces such as skirting/ dado, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for non-skid joint free coloured ceramic tiles 7-8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.18Sqm but not exc 0.38Sqm as in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L forming expansion joints 12 mm thick, filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound grade 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- GI wire and protection pipe from earth electrode to test point max upto 7.50M shall be deemed to be included in the unit rates as quoted by the contractor.
