Plain cement concrete 1:5:10 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters;purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates Fe-290(Gde E 165)complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Mild steel, 1.00mm thick plain, black sheet as in stepped flashings (measured as the minimum rectangle from which the pieces can be cut) as in roof bottom complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered or feathered on edges, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing not less than 3.0 kg/ Sq. m and minimum 3 mm thick reinfoced with polyester non-woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gm/Sqm), laid on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified, laid over and including a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.30 litre/Sqm and finished with applying bitumen grade 85/25 @ 10 kg/Sqm. APP membraine shall be laid by torching with 75mm overlap in longitudinal direction and 150mm overlap in transverse direction all as directed and finished as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Precast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) in hollow block masonry exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Reinforced cement concrete M-20 design mix (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Stone walling of random rubble with best quality locally available harder stone such as granite, trap or basalt, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded, solidly hearted and built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified & directed.

PCC 1:3:6 (nominal mix), type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in precast bond stones, set in cement mortar 1:6, including all necessary form work, complete all as specified & directed.

PCC 1:2:4, nominal mix, type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work, complete all as specified

TMT mild steel bars, 10mm dia and over, as in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed not less than 0.9mm dia) , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Preparing plastered or unplastered new surfaces of wall applying one coat of chalk whitening of plaster surface and and applying two coats of white wash, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Sand filling in bags including fine sand and empty plastic cement bag to be filled with fine sand, each bag containing minimum 0.05 cum of sand and placing where directed by directed by Engineer-in-charge.

75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in mass concrete, filling & sub base to floors, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

40mm thick Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in floor and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Pressed steel frames of size 105mmx60mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate., complete all as specified

35mm thick factory made 2nd class hard wood (Sal/ Hollock) plain, framed, panelled shutters (two panels) with lock rail and panels of 9mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle board with commercial face veneers on both sides.The size of rail and style as per IS–1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, fitted to chowkats, complete all as specified.

Steel ventilator with top hung shutter including hinges, steel peg stay, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for Aluminium alloy, anodised, sliding door bolt, ISI Marked, 300mm long, with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts & sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast aluminium alloy complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new steel and iron surfaces exceeding 10 cms width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, including removing of zinc coating by using modrant solution before applying red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
