The tenderer should be a manufacturer who must have manufactured, tested and supplied the equipment (s) similar to the type specified in the ‘Schedule of Requirements’ up to at least xxxx % of the quantity required in any one of the last 3 years. The equipments offered for supply must be of the most recent series models incorporating the latest improvements in design. The models should have been released on or after xxxxx and be in satisfactory operation for xxxxx months as on date of tender opening. Certificates to be provided as per Section XII of Tender Document.

In case of authorized representative/dealer of a manufacturer - The manufacturer furnishes authorization in the prescribed format assuring full guarantee and warranty obligations as per General Conditions of Contract and Special Conditions of Contract. Manufacturers Authorization Form to be provided as per Section XIII of Tender Document.

In case of authorized representative/dealer of a manufacturer - The tenderer, as authorized representative/dealer , has supplied, installed and commissioned satisfactorily at least xxxxx % of the quantity similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements in any one of the last three years which must be in satisfactory operation for at least xxxxx months on the date of tender opening. Certificates to be provided as per Section XII of Tender Document.

The legal status, place of registration and principal place of business of the company or firm or partnership.

Details of experience and past performance of the tenderer on equipment offered and on those of similar nature within the past three/five years2 and details of current contracts in hand and other commitments.

A detailed description of the essential technical and performance characteristics of the goods.

A list giving full particulars, including available sources and current prices, of spare parts, special tools, etc., necessary for the proper and continuing functioning of the goods for a period of two years, following commencement of the use of the goods by the Purchaser.

The bidder shall be a Company registered under the Companies Act, 1956/2013 or a Limited Liability Partnership registered under the LLP Act, 2008. The bidder shall have been in operation for a minimum period of three (3) years as on the date of tender notification

The bidder shall submit Tender-specific Manufacturer Authorisation Form (MAF) from the respective OEM for each server category (Enterprise Rack Server). If the bidder is the OEM, a declaration to that effect shall be submitted.

The offered server OEM shall be a globally recognized enterprise server manufacturer with minimum ten (10) years experience in manufacturing enterprise-class rack servers. OEM shall have direct presence and support operations in India. Assembled, white-box or system-integrator built servers shall not be accepted.

The OEM shall possess valid ISO 9001 (Quality Management System) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System) certifications. The offered server platform shall comply with applicable international safety and electromagnetic compatibility standards such as UL (Underwriters Laboratories), IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) and CE Equipment shall comply with applicable Indian statutory regulations.

The bidder shall have achieved a minimum turnover of 4 Crores (Rupees Four Crores only) during the last two financial years (2023-24, 2024-25) from IT Infrastructure / Enterprise Server business

The bidder shall have positive net worth in each of the last three financial years (2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25).

The bidder shall be registered under GST and shall have filed GST returns and Income Tax Returns for the last three financial years.

The bidder shall have successfully supplied and installed at least two rack servers and one storage server in the Government Department / PSU / Banking / Large Enterprise during the last three years. Copies of Purchase Orders and corresponding completion / installation certificates shall be submitted as proof.

Bidder/OEM shall have authorised service support presence in the State of Karnataka. Bidder shall provide local technical support in Bengaluru and nominate a Single Point of Contact (SPOC).

The bidder shall possess valid ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001 certifications.

The bidder and the OEM shall not have been blacklisted or debarred by any Central Government / State Government / PSU in India as on the date of tender submission.

The bidder shall submit a detailed compliance statement against each technical specification in Annexure-1, clearly indicating page number reference of OEM datasheet.

MSME benefits shall be applicable only to eligible manufacturers of the quoted product as per prevailing Government of Karnataka rules. Technical qualification criteria shall not be relaxed under MSME preference.
