Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring from existing points (light, fan, socket or power) alongwith compete fittings such as switches ,ceiling rose, pendent holder, sketch fitting & regulator etc. including making good to the disturbed surfaces of wall, roof and floor etc. to match with the existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down unserviceable submain wiring and service cable alongwith batten /PVC conduits etc. and making good disturbed surfaces of walls/floors and match the existing surface all as directed at site.

Taking down unserviceable main switches, DBs with MCB SP/Isolators by unscrewing form board complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS with using approved coper coding as per IS ,1.5 Sqmm multistranded,1100 volt grade copper conductor cable of PVC insulated (FRLSH as per IS ) and unsheathed type alongwith 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated (FRLSH as per IS ) stranded copper conductor cable for continuous earthing in & incl PVC casing & caping with accessories having ISI mark fixed on wall surfaces / ceiling including provision of PVC Box on top for fixing switches sockets etc. all as specified for one light point/ fan /Bell point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Srl item No 154 here-in-before but controlled with one 3 pin socket outlet 5 Amp on independent board with cable 1.5sqmm.
