SCH 'A' PART XIII (MISC B/R & E/M ITEMS) Note:- Excavation and earthwork to the extent required for execution of relevant item under this schedule unless otherwise specified shall be measured and paid under relevant items of Schedule 'A' Part-II.

EXCAVATION, EARTHWORK & SITE CLEARANCE

Removing excavated soil to outside MOD land and depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - Searching of place for disposal of soil out side MD land shall be the responsibility of contractor, rate for any distance shall be included in quoted rate of removal.

INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

S & F angle valve of cast copper alloy chromium plated fancy type screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for union and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F PVC connection for HOT water to mixer connection 15mm , 450mm long with PTMT nuts complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F PVC Urinal spreader of CP any colour for fixing with 15mm Dia pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

M&L for flame proof point wiring complete using colour code with two run of 1.5 Sqmm single core multi-stranded copper conductor ZHLS PVC insulated and unsheathed multistrandard copper conductor cable 1100 V grade conforming to IS-694 drawn through and including ERW steel conduit 20 mm dia (external flame roof) heavy grade (IS Marked) including necessary all accessories/fixtures , concealed in wall , ceiling including sunken type pressed steel terminal boxes with flame retardant sheet of approved shade 3 mm thick including providing continuous earth wire with one single run of 1.5 sq mm single core mult-stranded copper conductor ZHLS, PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade conforming to IS 694 for one light point controlled by one way flame proof switch etc , complete all as directed . Note : The cost of cutting chases in wall /floor/ceiling wherever required and making good the surface as exists shall be deemed to be included in respective items of schedule.

S&F 20 mm dia steel flexible pipe

Supply & fix ceiling fan, Flame proof, Single Phase, 230/240 Volts, 50 Hz of Size 1200 mm size, all as directed .

Supply & fix wall fan, Flame proof, Single Phase, 230/240 Volts, 50 Hz of Size 450 mm (18") size, all as directed.

S&F 20 mm rigid PVC non metallic conduit including junction boxes, tees, bends, elbow reducers, bell mouth tube ends including all accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddle etc all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing security alarm bell 20db, 24V metal security siren for emergency including connected accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less 'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4mm dia as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers , of GI or steel, including PCC (concrete chamber) shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, with fair finish internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4, funnel with wire gauge mesh, 80 mm thick RCC pit cover 320 mm x 320 mm of RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with XPM, JALLI and charcoal dust and common salt all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I (2009) and specified including provision of GI strip protected by 40 mm dia medium grade pipe and watering pipe shall be 20mm bore medium grade, and including all excavation and earth work & connecting the earthing to an earthing test point complete all as specified & directed .

Supply and fixing weather proof street light junction box double door of size 325 x 220 x 150 mm including connector of suitable size with 6 Amp single pole MCB side hinged fixing with street light poles using necessary MS clamps, nuts, bolts washers, lugs for incoming and out going cables, gland for cable etc of suitable size complete all as specified and directed. Make- Sintex model -GSJB 3726 or equivalent make. Note : The rates quoted are inclusive of provision and fixing of suitable lugs and glands for cable connection.

S & F MCB SPN 40 Amps, 240 Volts,'C' series, breaking capacity 10 KA of rating complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing MCCB, 100 Amps, 4 pole, 415 Volts, fixed thermal and magnetic setting electromechanical type with lcs=75% of Icu with breaking capacity 16 KA, conforming to IS:13947=II complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix factory made epoxy polyester coated VTPN distribution Board Triple pole MCB 6 way 415 Volt fabricated from minimum 1.6 mm thick CRCA sheet with double door (IP-43 protection) fixed flush to wall and standered DIN rail, earth bar and cable tie for cable management, provision for 100 Amps MCCB as one incomer and 8 outgoing single pole MCB with 2 Neutral bar , 2 Earth bar, Fully insulated busbar rated capacity above 160 Amps, shrouded IP 43 & IP 54 complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Cutting on wall and making all connections fixing DB and making surface good to be included in quoted rate.

WATER COOLER

S & F Dessert cooler, electric driven with copper wounded motor, single phase,450mm metallic sweep cooler fan, 1400rpm, 230V, 50Hz, air delivery capacity 4500 cum/hr, three speed regulator(high/medium/ flow) with metallic blades and mild steel body, duly painted with synthetic anti corrosive oven cured paint, submersible pump 40W, 230 V including wood wool pad of proper thickness and 2.5 sqmm three core copper wire with connecting top plug incl steel work using angle iron and flat members of appropriate height in stand and making necessary arrangements for fixing of stand in wall by making necessary arrangements for fixing of stand in wall by making holes and PCC /mortar work for grouting and making good disturbed surfaces and apply same finishes as existing, complete all as specified and directed.

HOT WATER SUPPLY

Supply and fix electric water heater storage type steel body with 1.2 mtr 3 core copper cable with 3 pin metal top and sheet metal enclosure along with 20 Amps MCB and inner tank made of glass lined enamel coated with 2 KW heating element and working pressure of 8 bar, 50 litre BEE 5 star rated with all accessories such as safety thermostat, NRV, connection piece etc complete all as specified and directed

LIGHTNING CONDUCTOR

M & L for providing earthing with copper earth plate electrode 600x600x3.15mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25M deep below ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5M below ground level connected to copper strip20x3mm thick for earthing lead fixed by means of nuts, bolt, washers etc of copper / brass connected to earth test point complete all as specified in electrical plate No 3 of SSR 2009 Part I, including necessary excavation and earth work in any strata of soil, GI water pipe with 20mm dia medium grade pipe, funnel, GI Protection pipe light grade 32mm dia and wire mesh PCC pit with CI cover and frame etc all as specified and directed .Note:- (i) All the joints shall be made with copper bazing to get proper conductivity. (ii) Item includes 7.5M Copper Strip as earth lead and 7.5M GI pipe as protection for earth lead. Any additional length of Copper strip shall be measured and paid separately under respective of this schedule and GI protection Pipe shall be measured and paid through deviation order.

SOLAR POWER PLANT

Re-installation, testing and commissioning of 51.80 KWP roof top Grid tied solar power plant at armoury RCC building with following items complete all as specified and as directed.

(a) Solar PV module 330 wp qty - 148 Nos. (b) Solar string inverter of capacity 50 KW -01 Nos .(c ) Module mounting structure HDGI with SS hardware of capacity - 51.80 KW. (d) AC wire 1Core X 25 sqmm Copper flexible cable from inverter to till ACDB complete - 10 RM .(e) 3.5Core X 50 sqmm aluminium armoured LT cable with cable glands and lugs complete - 30 RM .(f) IP-65 poly carbonate with SPD & Gland, Dust & Vermin proof ACDB for 50 KW solar string inverter - 01 Nos. (g) Water cleaning system with plumbing & flexible pipe 30 mtr with 0.5 HP water pump complete - 01 job. (h) Fire extinguisher - 01 set. (j) Remote monitoring system - 01 set. (k) Pump stand - 01 set .(l) Earthing for inverter, MMS - 03 Set . (s) Replacement of panel structure leg with base plate - 01 set (t) Replacement of MC4 connector - 01 set NOTES:- (i) The existing station armory needs to be refixed by an authorized OEM and in case of any unserviceability /damage to the existing solar panel or any other component while dismantling/shifting shall be provided by the OEM/contractor. (ii) Any new item such as fastener/cable/lugs/civil work/MS structure including any accessories as required during installation of the existing solar plant for making it operational shall be provided by the contractor without any financial effect iii) Inspection/testing of the solar plant for its satisfactory working shall be carried out by GE in presence of Engineer-in charge and contractor.

ROAD /PATH

S&F Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking tile paver block any shape and size conforming to IS - 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade with grey cement and no pigment laid dry over 25 mm thick layer of sand and joint filled with sand complete all as specified and directed. Note Sand cushioning measured and paid separately.

COMPOUND WALL

Supply and fixing of concertina coil/ wire fencing with Razor wire 600 mm internal dia and straining and fixing to RCC/ Steel/ angle posts (nibs) including securing or tying at crossings with and provisions of galvanised MS wire staples or steel pins, etc as directed

AREA DRAINAGE & SEWAGE DISPOSAL

M&L brick work with Fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:4 all as specified and directed .

S&F Precast Cement concrete perforated drain cover of size 900mm x 450mm x 70mm thick surrounded with steel strip 70x2mm Reinforced as per manufacturer's design in Manufactured process laid over existing drain, complete all as specified and as directed ..

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

M & L for cutting /treading of GI tubing in position of size any dia pipe for insertion of new ,Tees, branches etc. of required bore all as specified and directed .

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Taking down unserviceable air termination, single pointed 12mm dia copper rod 300mm long and removing material for taking credit as specified and as directed.

Taking down unserviceable 20x3.15 mm thickness copper strip and removing material for taking credit as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strap or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 50 sqmm, 3.5 core for taking credit as specified and as directed.

Taking down 15/20mm dia gate valve and removing materials for tacking credit all as specified and as directed.
