Felling of trees exceeding 30 cm but not exceeding 100 cm girth (measured one metre above ground level) for making approach to septic tanks, around manholes, manhole to manhole for Sewage lines and removing rubbish upto a distance of 50 metres complete all as specified and directed.

Grubbing up tree trunk including cutting of trunk portion protruding over ground exceeding 30 cm but not exceeding 100 cm girth, digging out roots, filling holes and leveling off ground, stacking of serviceable material and removing of unserviceable material to a distance n exc. 50 m and clearing site complete all as specified and directed.

Clearing away all grass, vegetation, saplings, shrubs, brush-wood, under-growth, roots as site clearance for execution work on soft/loose soil for making approach to septic tanks, around manholes, manhole to manhole for Sewage lines and removing rubbish upto a distance of 500 metres complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and not exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and not exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exeeeding 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil under floor complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6) Type C-2 (using 40 mm graded brocken stone aggregate) as in foundation of manholes including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar including haunching & bedding of internal dia 150mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L,cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains of 150 mm internal dia of pipe, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l smooth finished, and reforming benching as required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Reinforced cement concrete pipes, class NP2, bore of pipe 200mm laid and jointed complete with collars all as specified and directed.

M&L,cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains of 200 mm internal dia of pipe, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l smooth finished, and reforming benching as required complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6) Type C-2 (using 40 mm graded brocken stone aggregate) as in bed to drain pipe including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes with concrete after they are laid and tested in 150 mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturers instruction and finished the surfaces even and smooth complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately as supply only under item No 22 hereinafter)

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Pre cast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slab of manholes including necessary formwork and set in cement mortar 1:4 including demolition of old reinforced cement concrete cover slab n.exc 15cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia., and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia cut to length, bent to shape as in reinforcements and biding with and including mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm (annealed) complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete (1:2:4) Type B-1 (using 20 mm graded brocken stone aggregate) as in benching and coping including necessary moulds and form work and finished exposed surfaces and channels using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of existing Area driange of any width and any height by mechanical / manual (rodding with split bamboo/ cleaning rod) process so as to clean the line blockage and allow to flow effluent to drain by pumping out the water completely removing the sludge and other materials by suitable means and removing all the materials obtained from the drain out side ARC land and cleaning the complete area including making good any damages to the Drain as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of blockaged sewage line by means of manual of size 150mm dia including manholes of any dia by roding and flushing after cleaning and removing mud/sludge etc to a distance exc 250m but n. exc 500m and spreading in low laying areas and covering with loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

-Ditto- all as per item No 28 above but 200 mm dia or above.

M&L for Cleaning of septic tanks/manholes by mechanical process complete by emptying liquid, semi solid, solid foul contents including cleaning of inlets, outlets and getting out using suction pump of 10 HP capacity and filling the foul material into the covered tanks/truck having 3000 Ltr capacity truck attached to the suction pump and removing and disposing the same at a place meant for disposal of foul material outside the ARC premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cleaning of manhole complete by manual process removing sludge/mud/any broken pieces of concrete block/stone/brick and emptying liquid, semi solid, solid foul contents including cleaning of inlets, outlets and getting out by including removing RCC cover slab and after cleaning bleaching powder shall be used around the manhole sorrounding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of blocked gully trap/floor trap by flushing with water etc, and including removing sludge / mud and replacing the grating cover of any size complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipe, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls including dismantling of old CI pipe 100mm dia including fittings viz bends, tee from wall complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipe, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in floors or trenches from inspection chamber to first/ second manhole complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) bends of any radius with access door complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of un-reinforced Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, separation of serviceable materials from the unserviceable, stacking the serviceable materials within 100 M and disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100 M complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for 100 mm thick Cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in flooring/ hard standing and finishing the concrete surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, Doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive or steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality A complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of chocked sewer line upto 150 mm dia by diesel running vehicle mounting hydraulic operated, high pressure suction cum jetting sewer cleaning fitted with pump having 8000 ltr suction capacity and 4000 ltr water jetting tank capacity including skilled operator, supervisor etc for cleaning of manhole chambers and de chocking of sewer line. Dechocking and flushing of sewer line from manhole to another by high pressure jetting system of 2200 PSI complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair PVC (SWR) gully trap 125/110 mm, setting and jointing with solvent cement complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair PVC (SWR) floor trap for 75mm dia outlet pipe, plain with grating including jointing with solvent cement complete all as specified and directed.
