(c) Physical properties of membrane shall be as under:- (i) Membrane weight not less than 3.50 Kg/Sqm. (ii) Non woven polyester weight not less than 160gm /sqm. (iii) Softening point of membrane not less than 150 degree Celsius. (iv) Joint tensile strength-longitudinal not less than 650N/Sqcm and transverse not less than 450 N/ Sqcm (v) Tear strength-longitudinal not less than 300 N & transverse not less than 250 N. (vi) Elongation : > 20% in both directions. (vii) Impermeability/water tightness at 2 Kgf/cm2. (viii) Water absorption - Not more than 1% on mass within 24 hours. State 2 : Primer-Mix Tarfelt LM of STP Ltd (diluted with water in ratio 1:1) @ 250 gms/sqm and apply the primer on the plastered surfaces. Stage 3 : Application of 1st coat of Tarfelt LM of STP Ltd (without dilution with water) @ 1Kg/Sqm by brush all as per manufactuer's instructions. Stage 4: Laying fyber glass cloth (weight not less than 50gram/ Sqm) over the 1st coat while the coated surface is still sticky. Stage 5: After 6 to 7 hours interval, apply second coat i.e. final coat of Tarfet LM of STP Ltd (without Dilution with water) @ 1kg/ Sqm by brush as per manufacturer's instructions. Stage 6: Providing 10mm thick protective plaster in CM 1:3 mixed with STP No. 1 @ 250ml/50 Kg cement all as per manufacturer's instructions. Stage 7: Carryout ponding test for 48 hours to ensure water tightness of repaired sunken portion. NOTES :(i) Mode of measurement: Actual area treated (floor and adjoining walls) will be measured and paid . (ii) The above treatment shall be got executed through applicator of manufacturer and necessary authenticated documents on account of above shall also be produced by the contractor.

M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface complete all as specified and directed. Note : - Sanding of surface to be done by mechanical sander with 1500 - 2700 rpm, with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by paint manufacturer.

M&L for two coat water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additive & Color stay Technology ,Excellent Dirt Pick up resistance with low VOC less than 50 gram/ litre as per the LEEDS specifications, Anti Algal properties in two coats @ 1.79 ltr (undiluted)/ 10 sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI.Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint complete all as directed. Note for Item No 1 to 10 above (a.) The work pertaining to periodical services & Water Proofing shall be executed from authorized applicator through manufacturer of which the materials .i.e. Paint, Distemper, Cement base paint, Putty etc. is proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by Garrison Engineer. (b.) The contractor shall upload along with the documents under cover-I, ‘Memorandum of Understanding’ (MOU) with only one manufacturer mentioned in the contract, failing which the bid shall be liable to be rejected.

Removing plant/growth including its roots upto 1.00m of plant height at any location/at any storey and of any description and treating the surfaces with Acid (HCL) and making good surfaces with cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed. Note : A sum of Rs 29,745.00 towards sch of credit shall be deducted to arrive the contract sum
