GRASS CUTTING BY JUNGLE JIM AND BUSH CUTTER REPLACEMENT OF DTGM SIGNAGE BOARD AT RUNWAY PTT TAXI TRACKS AND LOOPS INCLUDING RUNWAY REHABILITATION EXERCISE (RRS) AND CONNECTED WORKS IN TECH AREA AT AF STN BHISIANA

M&L for replacement of visibilis DTGM board is made of Engineering plastic, having monolithic structure to withstand temperature variations from extreme cold environments to sweatering hot conditions and meet the frangibility requirements specified for objects in runway strip. Structure specially reinforced with Antimony Trioxide and Methyl Amine Acrylat to withstand high velocity winds. Each side having size 4.0 feet x 4.0 feet and steel structure base made of MS angle size 50x50x6mm, replacing coupling (75mm dia 200mm long Aluminium pipe, both side thread) with screws and numerals/alphabets retro reflective tapes on board as shown in sketch attached complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Vibgyor Industries or Equivalent specifications of BIS Approved make (As approved by GE).

Maintenance and clearance of shoulders of air field by cutting grass, vegetation, shrubs, bushes, small trees using Jungle Jim on hired basis including tractor, Fuel and drivers pay from 0800 hrs onwards as directed by Engineer in Charge and removal of rubbish where directed complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note: (a) Due to technical requirement by user, two or three tractors shall be used for Jungle Jim in a day. (b)Recovery of Rs 1000 per day per Jungle Jim shall be charged if jungle jim is not provided by the contractor. (c) Working hours shall be calculated from 0800 Hours.

Raking out old retro reflective tapes and supply and fixing new numerals and alphabets retro reflective tapes on DTGM board, tape area not exc 0.6 Sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Maintenance and clearance of shoulders of air field by cutting grass, vegetation, shrubs bushes, using manual grass cutting/ scrapping by motor driver bush cutters/ grass cutting machine along with manual labours near traffic lights on shoulder of Runway where non accessible by Jungle Jim and removal of grass or rubbish where directed complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note: (a) Due to technical requirement by users, only Two or Three numbers of bush cutters shall be used for in a day. (b)Recovery of Rs 400 per day per bush cutter shall be charged if cutting machine is not provided by the contractor.

M&L for replacement of signage board sheet size 2.10 Mx0.84 M, inside acrylic sheet 01mm thick and outer side perspex tranparent sheet 03mm thick required, fixed with frame made of aluminium square section inside the acrylic sheet numbers/ letters/ digit/ sign/ lines as per sample, on base with reflective tape & sticker on 01mm acrylic sheet and covered with transparent perpex sheets 03mm thick & rubber beading, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing Tipper truck having capacity of 10 ton including Driver/ Operator and fuel as required and as directed by the Engineer in Charge. Note: (a) Measurement of working hours for each Tipper shall be calculated seperately and to be paid accordingly. (b) More than one Tipper Truck may be required at site during working hours. The requirement of machinery shall be intimated to bidder before 48 Hours.

Providing Operator/Driver for Tipper as required and as directed by the Engineer in Charge. Note: (a) Tippers and Fuel Shall be provided by the department. Number of Operators shall be decided by Engineer in Charge as per site requirement. (b) Payment shall be made only for the operator/Driver driving the Tipper.

Providing Tractor with plougher including driver / operator and fuel as required and as directed by the Engineer in Charge. Note: (a) Measurement of working hours for each Tractor shall be calculated seperately and to be paid accordingly. (b) More than one Tractor may be required at site during working hours. The requirement of machinery shall be intimated to bidder before 48 Hours.

Providing Operator/Driver for JCB as required and as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note: (a) JCB and Fuel Shall be provided by the department. Number of Operators shall be decided by Engineer in Charge as per site requirement. (b) Payment shall be made only for the operator/Driver driving the JCB.

Providing JCB including driver / operator and fuel as required and as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note: (a) Measurement of working hours for each JCB shall be calculated seperately and to be paid accordingly. (b) More than one JCB may be required at site during working hours. The requirement of machinery shall be intimated to bidder before 48 Hours.

Providing Operator/Driver for Vibratory Roller Only as required and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note: (a) Vibratory Roller and fuel shall be provided by the department. (b) Payment shall be made only for the operator/Driver driving the Vibratory Roller.

Providing Operator/Driver for Dall/IMDM machine as required and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note: (a)Dall/IMDM Machine and fuel shall be provided by the department. (b) Payment shall be made only for the operator/Driver driving the Dall/ IMDM.

Providing Skilled Mason for carrying out Rapigrout Cement Work as required and as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note: The Number of Mason shall be Intimated by Engineer in Charge before Start of Exercise and Measurement For each mason shall be measured Seperately.

Providing Un-Skilled Mazdoor for helping works as required and as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note: The Number of Mazdoor shall be Intimated by Engineer in Charge before Start of Exercise and Measurement for each mazdoor shall be measured Seperately.

Note for Ser Item No 06 to 14 : (a) The Contractor Shall got approval from GE of all Machiners before carrying out Works including Make, Model, Capacity, Vintage and Operator as specified. (b) Penalty of Rs 7500/- shall be charged from the bidder's due Amount, if RRS Exercise not completed within 24 Hours from start of Exercise (Excluding Preparation Works) for each Machine seperately. (c) The Contractor shall submit Log Book for each machine seperately duly signed by all concerned shall submitted with RAR/FB during claiming of Payment for all Machineries. (d) The Contractor shall provide all necessary minor items such as tools etc for carrying out exercise smoothly without any extra claim. (e)All Machines to be cleaned after completion of Exercise. (f)All Trade Men shall work under the supervision of Contractors supervisor. (g) Payment for machines and Labour shall be made only for the actual working hours. (h) Requirement of Number of Machines and labour may be varied from the quantities as mentioned in BoQ, But all the machines and labours will be paid seperately for the actual working hours. (j) The Engineer-in-Charge shall intimate the requirement of number of machinery and labour before 48 hours to the bidder through site Order.
