Construction of Sub-Marketing Yard at Killar, Tehsil Pangi, District Chamba

Excavation of earthwork in hilly area all heights and depths, in all kind of soils including saturated soil comprising of mixed soil, ordinary rock and hard rock. All work of rock cutting by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precautions against soil erosion, damage to hill side, water pollution, etc. and to protect stability of hill side. Rock shall be excavated with chiseling and wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited). All earth work in cutting/excavation, including rock excavation shall be carried out true to lines, grades, side slopes, width, camber, super-elevation and level as shown on the drawings or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, in conformity with the requirement of technical specification of Ministry of Rural Development for Rural Roads August, 2004 (Two Thousand Four),C-1603.1, 1603.2 (Clause - One Thousand Six Hundred Three point One, One Thousand Six Hundred Three point Two) to achieve designed formation width including hauling and stacking of material useful for construction at suitable sites and safe disposal of unsuitable cut materials by all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts at specified places. in specified manner, systematically with due consideration to avoiding adverse effects on environment, trimming, filling of unevenness, blind age and finishing of the road to specified dimensions to the entire satisfaction as directed by the Engineer-in charge for smooth plying of traffic. All useful material such as stones, shingle, aggregate and slates shall be sorted out and stacked along the road side not less than 1016.80 cubic metre ( One Zero One Six Point Eight Zero ) in all cases, failing which recovery at the rate of Rupees @ 300/ only (Rupees Three Hundred Only) Amounting to Rs. 305040/- ( Three Lac Five Thousand & Forty )only .per cubic meter shall be effected on pro-rata basis in each running bill. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of excavation shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor, which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases.including haulage of mateial with in all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and as directed by the Engineer in-charge.

Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in all kinds and classification of soil such as pick work, pick jumper work, pick and jumper work, blasting work, (soft or hard rock), saturated soil, dewatering including wedging out rock where blasting work is prohibited, chiseling or any other mixed variety of soil de-watering and/or removal of slush, stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtrs. (Three metres) clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm. (fifteen centimetres) layers when required into plinths, sides of foundations etcetra, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as per HPPWD specification. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution and disposal of unserviceable material shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be compensated by him in all cases.

Providing form work with steel plates of 3.15mm (Three decimal one five millimetres) thick, welded with angle iron in frames of 30x30x5mm (Thirty into Thirty into Five millimetres), so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering strutting and propping etcetera, with wooden battens and ballies for all heights/depth of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in Foundation footings, bases of columns and mass concrete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per specifications, approved drawing, design, entire satisfaction and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkhana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing form work with steel plates of 3.15mm (Three decimal one five millimetres) thick, welded with angle iron in frames of 30x30x5mm (Thirty into Thirty into Five millimetres), so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering strutting and propping etcetera, with wooden battens and ballies for all heights/depth of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors roofs, landings balconies and access platform including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkhana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing form work with steel plates of 3.15mm (Three decimal one five millimetres) thick, welded with angle iron in frames of 30x30x5mm (Thirty into Thirty into Five millimetres), so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering strutting and propping etcetera; with wooden battens and ballies for all heights/depths of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in beams, cantilevers, girders, lintels sides and soffits of beams haunchings, cantilevers, bressumers and lintels upto all floors level complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design, specifications, entire satisfaction and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkhana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkhana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkhana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.
