The Price bid shall be read in conjunction with the Bidding Documents.

The bidder is required to quote a flat percentage "Excess" (+) / "Less" (-) / "At par" with respect to the Total amount of the Schedule in the "BoQ1" Sheet.

The quantities for various items provided in the Price Bid are estimated quantities and are given to provide a common basis for Bidding. During the execution of works, the same may vary based upon "Good for Construction" (GFC) drawings approved by the Engineer and as per the site conditions. The basis of the payment will be the actual quantities of the work executed and accepted by the Engineer or quantities as per the GFC drawings whichever is less and shall be paid /valued as per the accepted rates.

Bidder may please note that to perform this contract. nothing extra shall be payable on account of field constraints, non-availability of uninterrupted front, cost of project management, monitoring, coordination and supervision, cost of adhering to quality requirements (QA/QC), cost of adhering to SHE requirements, cost of preparing drawings and documents, as-built records and documentation, preparation of detailed scheme for taking necessary clearance and approval from the concerned authority and other local bodies etc.

Income Tax and any other statutory taxes to be deducted at source will be deducted by the Employer from the due payments of the contractor in accordance with the prevailing rules in force.

Bidder should not tamper the Price Bid. If the Price Bid is found to be modified by the bidder, then the same will be treated as incomplete and non-responsive and may result in the rejection of the Bid.

Method of Quoting the Price in the Price Bid The Price Bid is in Excel Format and the Quoting the Price in the Price Bid should be as Follows: (i) Whole Excel Worksheet is Locked except the Cells which are highlighted in Blue and white (for Lump Sum Parts in BOQ1). (ii) Bidders are required to fill these cells which are highlighted in Blue and white (for total Parts in BOQ1) only. (iii) Deleted (iv) The bidder is required to quote a flat percentage "Excess" (+) / "Less" (-) / "At par" with respect to the Total amount of the Schedule in the "BoQ1" Sheet. (v) All 'blanks' in the Pricing Document, where the Bidder is permitted to quote shall be filled in. (vi) If some % is quoted inspite of marking 'At par' that % will not be considered and it will be taken as "At par" on basic amount. Failure to quote the % in case of excess or less for the "Total amount of Parts shall be treated as "At Par" and shall be evaluated accordingly. (vii) Bidder is required to quote Rates in INR only.

Errors will be corrected by the Employer for any arithmetic errors in computation or summation as per contract conditions.

For payment of the items to be executed under Part-E [Any other Civil DSR 2023 for Calculation of rates (excluding GST) of DSR 2023 items, following Methodology issued by CPWD vide Office Memorendum (OM) dated 08.08.2024 have been adopted: As per CPWD OM the rates of individual items of DSR 2023 has been multiply with correction factor on account of GST @ 0.973 to the existing rate of DSR 2023 item in order to achieve modified DSR rate and then reduced the corrected rate by 18% for making DSR item excluding GST] & [DSR Items-DSR (E&M)-2025], the rates of the DSR shall be taken excluding of GST.

PART D- Foundation Works

Proving and installing cast-in situ Vertical bored piles of approximate depth as per drawing and with M35 grade of concrete.(using Portland stag cement) including all operations such as installation and shifting of pilling rig etc. in all soil. The cost shall also include the cost of empty boring wherever (measurement shall be from cut-off level to founding level). The item includes disposal of earth, muck, slush released from piles, top leads . Reinforcement shall be paid separately. rate shall include cost of using required dosage of admixture in concrete for obtaining required workability as per approval of Engineer . The items include drilling and socketing in hard rock at required depth .

Carrying out Static routine vertical load tests on piles as per relevant IS codes including all arrangement for measuring deflections and submitting reports. This includes making of pile head ready for testing at the desired level supporting/erection arrangement ( including reaction piles/soil/rock anchor, if any) for the kentledge load

Non destructive integrity testing of cast-in-situ piles of 800 mm dia and as per specification and submitting load.

Integrity pile test using cross hole sonic logging as per the provision of ASTM standard D6760.

Providing M 35 concrete (using portland Slag Cement) for Raft/ Pile cap including excavation through existing concrete and water bond macadam road /Bituminous road/cement road of all thickness including dismantling other structures, dead utilities etc. and soil including dewatering, pumping and bailing out water ,strutting and shoring etc.. This item also includes formwork and backfilling in foundation including watering compacting with a vibratory plate compactor and loading ,leading and disposal of surplus excavated material using lockable and covered trucks so as to ensure that during transportation the carried material does not spill out. Max lead to dumping ground will be leads (average anticipated load will be 10Km) Reinforcement shall be paid separately. Rate shall include cost of using require dosage of admixture in concrete as required at site.

Boring, Providing and installation of cast-in-situ reinforced cement concrete monopile of grade M-35 of specified diameter and length below Ground level. The rate shall include cost of all tools, tackles, plant & machinery, labour etc. complete including the cost of steel reinforcement, earthwork, shuttering, well construction to prevent soil collapse & well sinking upto specified depth all complete and removal of excavated earth with all its lift and leads. All works shall be executed as per approved drawings and technical specifications.

Providing and fixing of permanent mild steel liner for pile of various diameters

Excavation of pits of required width for tower/monopole foundation etc. including getting out the excavated soil and then returning the soil as required. In layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth including consolidation each deposited layer by ramming, watering etc and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed within a load of 50 mtrs.

Cement concreting for PCC/RCC work in bases, raft and footing for the tower foundations including cost of centring and shuttering.
