| 1Operation and Maintenance of STP 1200 cu.m. capacity , by deployment of operators trained in STP work for all three shifts round the clock ( includes reliever during off days / holidays etc) and one supervisor in day shift experienced in STP work ( includes weekly off, etc). Need to ensure continuous operations. The scope of work includes adding required chemicals such as lime, Di-ammonium phosphate, urea, sodium hypochlorite required for operation and maintenance of 1200 cu.m. STP, necessary oil and grease for blowers of 4 nos. and clarifiers 3 nos. ,replacement of minor spares of blowers and clarifiers such as belts , gland packing ,necessary repairs and replacement UPVC pipes and specials upto 3 '', foot valves of 3 "and specials ,minor repairs of UPVC line of 6" lines and valves , carrying out testing of BOD, COD , etc. with BOD incubator, COD Digester , weekly basis by deployment of an Analysts twice a week, testing of PH with PH meter on daily basis, cleaning of filtration tank, filter tank ,equalisation tank, etc. on regular basis by using submersible pump 5 HP capacity as and when required by deploying unskilled labours two nos. per operation per month, weeding of area with machine once in three months. The contractor should have all necessary equipment's for carrying out testing at site BOD , COD, PH and other parameters including maintenance of garden in STP area. The contractor should also make necessary arrangement to hand over non-working pumps and motor at Baina work shop /HL site office and bring back after repairs works , assisting dept. staff for removal of motors , pumps and other equipment’s associated with STP work . Maintaining daily log of activities, record of chemical dosing, taking all safety measures, with all safety equipment’s etc. .All labour, tools and plants etc complete. | |||||
