Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed tiles conforming to IS ·13753 of minimum thickness 5 mm of approved make like NITCO, ORIENT, SOMANY KAJARIA, or equivalent make in all colour, shades except begundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Eningeerin- Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of Cement Mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing wtih grey cement slurry@ 3.3 kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised - Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382 leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion Single socketed pipes 110 mm diameter.

Making plinth protection 50 mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand :6 graded stone aggreagate 20mm nominal size) over 75mm bed of dry brick ballast 40mm nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing the top smooth. Crushed (including all lead, lift & carriages)

Lettering with Black Japan Paint of Approved Brnd and Manufacture.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. Layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m.

Supplying and Filling in plinth with R.B.M under floors including watering ,ramming,consolidating and dressing complete job.

Providing & fixing electric points complete in all respect as per necessary as site.

Providing ad fixing fans of havels made or equivilent including testing, commissioning complete job
