Providing and laying of stone soling tightly hand packed under foundation incld. all carriages up to site of work complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all work up to plinth level in 1:4:8 mix (1 Cement :4 coarse sand :8 graded stone agg.40mm Normal Size) using crushed agg. Including all carriages. up to site of work complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all work up to plinth level in 1:2:4 mix (1 Cement :2 coarse sand :4 graded stone agg.20mm Normal Size) using crushed agg. Including all carriages. up to site of work complete.

Centering & shuttering including strutting, propping, etc. & removal of form work for foundation footings, bases of columns, plinth and walls etc.

Cement concrete flooring 50 mm thick in 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size -crushed) finished with a floating coat of neat cement incl. cement slurry, but excl. the cost of nosing of steps etc. Including all carriages up to site of work complete

Providing and fixing of self priming mud- pump of standard manufacture (Crompton Greaves or equalent model Sp 3lm) 05 Hp capacity including cost of 5KV transformer & all accessories/ fittings and carraiges complete job

Providing and fixing of 100mm dia GI pipe (Surya prakash or equalent) “B” class including cost of fittings such as tee’s , elbow’s, socket’s etc. complete job
