Note: CCA/QAP Audit/FAI/Prototype shall be required if the supplier is manufacturing the tendered item for the first time.CCA: Capacity cum Capability Assessment: It shall be carried out after Placement of Letter of acceptance. Purchase Order shall be released only after successful completion of the CCA.QAP: Quality assurance Plant: To be submitted by the firm before the FAI.FAI: First Article inspection: It shall be carried out at firm's premises during manufacturing of the first product. Estimated value of item wise as fellow:24340000.00

QUANTITY SPLITTING : As per clause No. 2.17.2 of Bid Document Version 14.0 with all corrigendum/amendments if any issued before closing of tender shall be applicable.

SPECIAL CONDITION FOR GST : Special Note : Standard SVC along with the following clause will be applicable if any variation in the GST after opening of this tender if any variation in GST than firm must declare the following :- We hereby declare that in quoting the above price, we have taken into account the full effect of Input tax credit available under GST. We further agree to pass on any financial gain/ benefit as may become available in future in respect of all the input tax credit on the date of supply by way of reduction in price and advise the purchaser accordingly.%u201D We also undertake that we are aware of the provisions of section 171 of the CGST Act and consequences thereof if we fail to comply with the same.

Note : Notwithstanding the delivery period and/or schedule offered by the bidders in variance to the above, the purchaser reserve the right to incorporate the delivery period as per the tender condition and successful tenderers are expected to abide by the same."

PACKING INSTRUCTION : As per RCF's Packing Instruction No. PI100 (No Special Packing Required). Packing Instruction: NO SPECIAL PACKING REQUIRED. THE PROTRUDING, THREADED PORTION, GAUGES AND LOOSE ITEMS ETC. IF ANY ARE TO BE PROTECTED WITH SUITABLE COVERING TO PREVENT IT FROM DAMAGE. HOWEVER TRANSIT DAMAGE IF ANY SHALL BE AT THE COST OF SUPPLIER.

M&P requirement is to be as per ICF specification ICF/MD/SPEC/166 Rev 04 or latest revision/amendment.

GREEN TRANSPORT POLICY:- : (I) SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT ENGAGE TRUCKS/ VEHICLES OF MORE THAN 15 YEARS OLD FOR TRANSPORT OF GOODS TO RCF. II) ALL VEHICLES ENTERING INTO FACTORY PREMISES SHOULD CARRY VALID PUC (POLLUTION UNDER CONTROL) CERTIFICATE AND VALID INSURANCE POLICY.III) VEHICLES MAY UNDERGO SURPRISE CHECK BY RCF FOR GENERAL CONDITIONS SUCH AS TYRES PRESSURE, TANKS etc. AND REPORT SUBMITTED TO CONCERNED CMMs. IV) SUPPLIERS SHOULD ENSURE SPEED CONTROLLERS ARE INSTALLED IN ALL NEW HEAVY VEHICLES. V) RTA NORMS SHOULD BE STRICTLY MAINTAINED FOR DRIVER'S COMPETENCE

LIQUIDATED DAMAGES:- : Railway will recover from the contractor as agreed liquidated damages and not by way of penalty, A sum equivalent to 0.5% ( Half percent ) of the price of any stores( including elements of Taxes, duties, freight etc.) which the contractor has failed to deliver within the period fixed for delivery in the contract or as extended for each week or part of a week during which the delivery of such stores may be in arrears where delivery thereof is accepted after expiry of the aforesaid period,subject to a maximum of 10% ( TEN PERCENT) of value of delayed supplied and same will not be waived off except in cases where delay is on account of RCF. Note: - (THIS IS AAPPLICABLE FOR TENDERS OPENED AFTER 31-MAR-2019)

GENERAL CONDITION :- : Latest version of Bid document, special condition of the tender, conditions mentioned in the item specification and IRS conditions of the contract shall be applicable to this tender.
