Banker Details

Satisfactorily completed minimum of two contract as prime contract of similar work

The bidder should be a Manufacturer /Distributer /Authorized franchise/Authorized letter from the manufacturer (Authentication letter from the manufacturer should be submitted) having similar works experience & shall be in successful operation for at Least Three years as on the date of bid opening.

Documents in respect of achievement of turnover at least in two Financial years, a Minimum each year financial turnover not less than Rs. 10.00 Lakhs.

Reports on financial standing of the bidder such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets and auditors report of the past three years, bankers certificates etc.,

GST registration certificate & PAN No. Details , etc.,

The Bidder shall furnish the compliance report against scope of work mention in the tender. Deviation if any shall be clearly mentioned
