Earth work excavation for foundation in Hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales murram, gravel,stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders SS.20B and Sand, silt or other loose soil, wet sand,or silt not under water, light black cotton soil, sandy loam ordinary soil and to full depth as may be directed except in hardrock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering and baling out water and cleaning and levelling the site etc.,complete

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (one cement four fine aggregates and eight coarse aggregates) using 40mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges and all incidential charges such as water providing etc., complete as per standard specification

Providing steel centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 1:10/1:20 up to 3.29m height for plain surfaces such as RCC slabs, rectangular beams, Tee beams, bed blocks, culvert body walls, deck slabs, retaining walls, staircase, Landing slab, landing beams, canopy etc., with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 mm X 60 mm X 10 gauge stiffened into welded mild steel angles of size 25 mm X 6 mm for boarding laid over silver oak ( country wood ) joists of size 10 cm X 6.5 cm spaced at 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10 cm to 13 cm dia spaced at 15 cm c/c including cost of nails, ropes, all labour charges and incidental charges etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (one cement, Three fine aggregates and six coarse aggregates) using 20mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Plastering with cement mortar (1:5) 12mm ,thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materilas to site and labour charges etc,complete as per standard specifications (S.I.306)

Applying tack coat of 2kgs/10sqm over the BT surface treated with premix using 4kgs of bituminous binder for 10sqm area including cost of binder labour for applying the required quantity to bitumen as tack coat manually as per specification.

Advance Patch work 13.20mm Providing Advancve Patch work using 50mm consolidated Thickness by using 1 m3 of 13.20mm IRC Metal with 44kg of Bittumen per 1 m3 of Metal For Pre Mixing For existing surface advance Patch work including cost and conveyance of materials to the work site and stacking them to the departmental metric guage for the premeasurement, heating the bitumen in bitumen boiler, heating the aggregates and mixing them with bitumen in mini hot mix plant for premix carpet only rolling by 60-70KN power roller for premix carpet and seal coat seperately including labour charges for spreading the mix for premix carpet application of bitumen for seal coat over premix carpet, including labour charges for spreading seal coat seperately over premix carpet etc. including higher charges and fuel charges for , bitumen boiler and all other tools and plant employed etc. complete as per of MoRTH Rev - V Specifications

Providing and laying 50mm compacted thick Dence bituminous macadam using 0.35 cum of 26.5-13.2 mm graded metal and 0.21 cum of 13.2-2.36 mm graded metal and 0.14 cumof 2.36 mm and below metal with 24 kgs of cement and 46 kgs of 60/70 bitumen for premixing per 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and agregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant by the hot mix plant 20-30 tonnes capacity conveying the mix by tempper tracks to paver site, Sprating the mix in required temperature for uniform thickness of 50mm with mechnical paver to the specified grades and cross section and compaction by 80 - 100 kl power roller to the required dencity etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20 - 30t CMP with bitumen boiler,tipper, paver finisher, power rollers and all other tools and plants required, including all other incidental charges etc., complete using C M P clause 507 of MORTH spefications.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete to 30mm thick using 0.13 cu.m of 19.00-9.50mm graded metal 0.17 cu.m of 9.50-2.36mm graded metal and 0.26 cu.m of 2.36mm & below metal by adding the shredded plastic waste over the aggregate heated to 170 degree celcious in the central hot mix plant, mixed well with 45.27 kgs of hot bitumen VG 30 Bitumen (160 degree celcious) 60/ 70 grade for premixing per 10 sqm to lay 30mm compacted thick of bituminious concrete including the cost materials ( the cost of Municipality / Corporetion Plastic Waste obainted by the contractor from the Municipality / Corporation will be Recovered) and conveyence of all materials to C M P site, heating the bitumen and agregates to the required temperature and mixing the minimum required Temperature in central hot mix plant 20 - 30 tonnes capacity conveyeing the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix in requires temereature for uniform thickness of 30mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonne Vibratory/Pneumatic Roller to the required density etc., including labour for loading bitumen in to bitumen tank and metal to feeder unit, labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hite charges and fuel charges for 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher / 9m paver finisher, Vibratory/Pneumatic roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 507 of MORTH revision 5

Supply and fixing of Retro Reflective Single arrow road name sign board of size 1000mm x 500mm made out of retro reflective sheeting confirming to Type XI standards of ASTM D 4956 - 09 & as per IRC 67-2012 specifications fully covered over 2mm thick aluminium and back support frame SS angle of 15mmx20mmx1.2mm supported by 38mm OD stainless steel pipe all rounding 304 grade and 2 Nos of vertical posts of 75mm OD stainless steel pipe of 202 grade firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation of size 300mmx300mmx450mm with M15 grade cenebt cibcrete abd tge uten shall include earth work excavation, cost of all materials, loading, unloading, lead, lift, transportation etc., complete. The sign board background shall be blue in colour with letters and border in white. 10 years pre-qualification warranty as per clause 6.9 of IRC 67-2012 for type XI retro reflective sheeting from the sheeting manufacturer & a certified copy of test reports from an independent test laboratory confirming to clause 6.7 of IRC 67-2012 including 3 years outdoor weather exposure report for the retro reflective sheeting offered shall be submitted by the contractor for technical qualification in the tender.

Providing Laying Hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflective glass beads @250gms per sqm area thickness of 2.5mm as per IRC :35.The finished surface to be level , uniform and free from streaks and holes all complete as per Technical specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge
