SH-I: OPERATION & MAINTENANCE OF E&M INSTALLATIONS

Job Contract for round the clock Operation and Maintenance of all internal & external Electrical and Mechanical installations located at Operational and Non-Operational areas at Jorhat Airport in all days including Sundays and Holidays in Three shifts, which involves repairs & maintenance, attending day to day complaints, faults, breakdowns and taking rectification action, ensuring the serviceability & satisfactory working condition of the installations i/c preventive maintenance, maintenance of records & documentations etc. as per Special Conditions of Contract. The agency has to deploy minimum manpower in each shift as detailed in special condition of contract etc., complete as required. (Note: The agency has to quote the rate considering all expenditure as detailed in Special Conditions of Contract)

SH-II: DSR ELECTRICAL - 2022

Carrying out work as per CPWD DSR-2022 Electrical as and when required as per site conditions. (Rates shall be quoted including price escalation on DSR for 02 years) (The Bidder shall quote the rate in INR only for the job corresponding to Rs.75,000/- for 1st and 2 nd year & percentage (%) above/ below shall be calculated by AAI and paid accordingly) Note:The rate shall be quoted for this item as per example given below- Example: i.) If the Bidder wants to quote the rate at par with rate of CPWD-DSR 2022(E&M),then Bidder has to quote 75000 in the rate colomn for that corresponding year. Subsequently, the total amount will be Rs.75000/- against item at Sl.No-2 ii.) If the Bidder wants to quote the rate 10% above on the rate of CPWD-DSR 2022 (E&M),then bidder has to quote 82500 in the rate column. Subsequently, the total amount will be Rs. 82500/-(Rs.75000+ Rs 7500) against item at Sl.No.- 2. iii. If the Bidder wants to quote the rate 10% below on the rate of CPWD-DSR 2022(E&M),then bidder has to quote 67500/- in the rate column. Subsequently, the total amount will be Rs. 67500/-(Rs.75000 - Rs.7500) against item No.2 The above example is only for guidance to Bidder for item at Sl.No-2 only. (Note: The rate provided in DSR 2022 is inclusive of GST @12%, however the contractor has to quote the amount in rate column, excluding GST and the payment shall be made to contractor as mentioned below: Rates quoted for item at Sl.No.-2 (suppose) = X Rate to be considered for payment= (X/1.1405)

SH-III: Painting of Panels, Poles and Rewinding of Fans etc.

Painting of Electrical HT & LT Indoor, Outdoor Panels, Pumps panel, earth pit covers etc located in Power House, Terminal Building, Switch rooms,etc. with required colour & one or more coats of spray painting with synthatic Enamel paint of Approved brand and manufacturer to give an even shade including scrapping & cleaning of surface with detergent etc and writing lettering as per the direction of EIC complete as required.

Painting of Street Light Poles of upto 7.5-8 Mtr Height i/c Single/Double Arm Bracket & looping Box etc with one or more coats of spray painting with superior quality aluminium paint of approved Colour & Brand to give an even shade including scrapping & cleaning the entire surface to remove dirt and rust coats and numbering after painting on the pole but excluding the painting of cement collar etc complete as required.

Lifting and Lowering of submersible pump-set from existing borewell/openwell including pipe line, flat cable, dismantling the defective motor pump set and reinstalling with the repaired motor and pump set etc. alongwith cutting, re-threading of existing pipes, pipe fittings (nipple, elbow, flange valves, clamps etc) etc complete as & when required

a) For 1st Year

Repairing/Rewinding & Servicing of submersible openwell/Borewell pumpset of capacity from 5.0HP to 10.0HP by replacement of all internal wornout/defective parts i.e. bushes,bearings, impeller, water seal, gasket, shaft etc. alongwith transportation from site to workshop and back to site etc complete as and when required (Dismantle Material belongs to contractor).

Re-winding, Servicing, Repairing of Ceiling fan/Wall fan/Exhaust fan etc including replacement of wornout/defective parts like bearings, capacitors etc., i/c transportation from site to workshop & back to site, Testing, Commissioning etc., complete as required. (Dismantle Material belongs to contractor)

SH-IV: Illumination/Decoration of TB on rental basis on National Days & Festivals

Illumination/Decoration of City side of the Airport for 02 days with minimum 600 sets LED Rice lights (Each riser of approx. 25 ft. length), 20 Nos LED lights (not less than 90W) on rental basis giving tri colour effects or as per theme decided by E-I-C during national holidays or festivals including installation,testing,dismantling, transportation etc. complete as required. (Note: Illumination/Decoration for 02 days as mentioned shall be considered as 01 Job).

Supply of following sizes ISI marked FRLS PVC insulated, single core copper conductor cables of 1100 volts grade confirming to IS 694:2010 with upto date amendements of standard length etc as required

a) 1.5 Sq. mm (90Mtr Roll)

b) 2.5 Sq.mm (90Mtr Roll)

Supply of Flat Three Core PVC Insulated & PVC Sheathed Industrial Cable for Submersible Pump Motors 1100 Volts, conforming to IS: 694 etc as required.

a) 4 Sqmm X 3 Core Flat cable

Supply of following types of LED lamps/Fittings suitable for operation on 230 V, 50Hz, AC supply as requried.

a) 9W B22 LED Lamp

b) 150 Watt, High Mast LED Light Fitting (Make: Bajaj, BJFL 150W LED I or equivalent)

Aviation Obstruction LED Luminaire suitable for operation on 240V 50Hz AC supply etc as required. (Make/Model: Bajaj/BGAV 302 LED or equivalent)

Supply of 5A to 32A rating, 240 V, 10 kA, "C" curve, MCB suitable for inductive load of following poles complete as required.

Providing One Welder alongwith Electric welding machine and welding rods for carrrying out welding works during any urgent Preventive Maintenance/ Breakdown Maintenance /Emergency work as and when required.

Providing manpower to attend any urgent / emergency work as and when required as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
