M & L 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:3) mixed with integral water proofing chemical compound PIDIPROOF LW of DR FIXIT of PIDILITE INDUSTRIES LTD or STP No 1 (liquid) of STP Ltd @ 200 mililitre per 50 Kg cement as per manufacturers instructions over concrete surface and finishing the surface fair and even without using extra cement complete including taking down existing plaster and treatment all as specified and directed.

M&L Water proofing treatment on "Non approachable / non accessible roof" surface (Horizontal & Vertical surfaces) in following sequence through authorized applicator of the manufacturer all as specified and directed complete including removal of existing treatment. (i) Surface prepration like opening the cracks/removal of loose concerete. (ii) Pressure washing the entire roof to remove dirt , dust alage fungi or other contaminants from joints and entire surface. (iii) Saturation of surface nano technology based deep penetrating sealer application to block pores , capillaries and micro cracks. (iv) Filling the crack with flexible polymer based caulk and further sealing with reinforcement fabric elastomeric coating. (v) Sealing joints and coving area with flexi reinforcement fabric and elastomeric coating. (vi) Priming coat of dr fixit URP with fiber mesh (vii) First and Second coat of elastomeric dr fixit Roof Seal . S & F Pre-painted galvalum aluminium zinc coating steel based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick (total coated thickness) of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa minimum, yeild strength, it shall be coated with hot dip alloy of 55% aluminimum, 43.5% zinc,1.5% Silicon and finished with resin coat on both surface @ 150 gm/ sqm of coating as specified and shall be fixed with hot dip galvanised, self drilling and self tapping screws neoprene and EDPM washers as in roof covering all as directed at site all as specified and directed including dismantling existing AC sheet roofing. Note- Fixing of sheet can be done in any shape ( round/semicircle etc)

S&F 605X605mm Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling including Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specified.
