Maintenance work of Plantation and Lawn at Mini-Secreteriate, Alwar (Annual Contract 2026-27) NIT 03/2026-27/Item1

Maintenance, Sweeping and cleaning of all lawns/vacant areas/hedge/plants, trees and all footpaths, Flower/Tree Pots and also maitaining and cleaning water bodies and fountains of Mini Secretariat including their cutting , watering, cleaning ,stacking of all unusable material & transporting to manure preparation pit. watering & debedding of all the plants, lawn in above parks is to be done by contractor. if any plant dies during te period of maintinance then contractor has be replace at his own cost. complete work includes all necessary T&P . The complete work should be done as per direction & satisfaction of Engineer incharge. Terms and conditions are enclosed.
