Decorative Street Light Pole- Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of following type of Decorative Chatsworth Street Light Pole with Decorative Cascade Bracket suitable for Pendant type street lighting luminaires (Both side). The architecturally designed pole shall be structurally sound. The pole shaft shall have swaged/ tubular cross section and shall be continuously tapered with single longitudinal welding. All pole sections are swaged and joined together using high end MIG welding process. All decorative pole shafts shall be provided with the rigid flange plate of suitable thickness with provision for fixing 4 foundation bolts. The base plate shall be fillet welded to the pole shaft at two locations i.e. from inside and outside.The decorative poles shall be bolted on a pre- cast foundation with a set of four foundation bolts for greater rigidity. Decorative poles shall withstand the maximum wind speed of 180 km/hr. Maximum deflection of the poles considering top loading ie area and weight of fuxture shall meet the requirement of BS:5649 Part VI 1982. The materials of the pole as follows : Conforming to steel of grade Yst 210. Base Plate steel of grade:- E250 Conforming to IS 226/ IS 2062, Foundation Bolts:- 4.6 Gr. As per IS 1367. The poles shall be coated with epoxy zinc coated primer and finished using enviromentally stable polyurethene based paint. Door opening :- The Decorative poles shall have door of approximate 300 mm length at the elevation of 300 mm from the base plate. The door shall be vandal resistance and shall be weather proof to ensure safety of inside connection as approved by the Depts.. The door shall be flush with the exterior surface and shall have suitable locking arrangement. The pole shall be adequately strengthened at the location of the door compensate for the loss in section. There shall also be suitable arrangement for the purpose of earthing, Electrical Junction box with 6 MCB & Terminals for mounting inside base compartment of Pole. The color of the pole shall be Graphite Gray. Refer Drawing No. TCE.11364A-EL-4026-GL-40013 and Technical Specification for details. The makes of Poles shall be like K-Lite, Bajaj, Singh Poles or as per the appproved make list of PWD or as approved by Chief Technical Officer (CTO). 9m Pole with inbuilt Junction box :- Size of pole: Bottom Diameter :The pole shall have Cast Iron Base with Pipe Dia of 165 mm OD X 4.5 mm Thickness 3 Mtr, made up of split construction, 101 mm OD X 3.25 mm Thickness 6 Mtr with Decorative Cascade Bracket;Junction box: 6 MCB & Terminals for mounting inside base compartment of Pole. Base Plate Dimensions :- (L x B x 300 x 300 x 16, Foundation Bolt Size :- (no. x dia.) 4 x 24 Dia, Pitch Circle Dia.:- (PC 300, Bolt Length:- 500 mm, P Anchor plate thickness :- 4.5 mm.

Decorative Light Fixture- Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of following type of LED Pendant type of Luminaires. The housing of the luminaries shall be aluminium spun body suitable for mounting to internally threaded type of designation M30, clear acrylic V diffuser and its cover shall be tempered protective toughened glass.It shall have inbuilt driver with THD <15%;Overvoltage protection,surge voltage protection etc as per IS 15885.The fixture shall have IP protection of IP65 and impact resistance of IK07.The fixture shall comply with Powerfactor>0.9;CRI>70;Colour Temperature >5700k;System Lumen Efficacy>110lm/W. CREE / OSRAM / PHILIPS Lumileds / NICHIA / SEOUL/ BridgeLux (U.S.A.) make LED used for luminaire. ( Each fittings required LM-79 & LM-80 certificates) 120W LED Pendant type lumaries similar to Crompton Model no LPTE-120-CDL for Street lighting or equivalent product of K-Lite, Philips, Havells or as approved by Chief Technical Officer (CTO).

Pole Founadation (9 Mtr Pole)- The pole shall be provided in excavation and base 1 :4: 8 installed in cement concrete foundation (1:2:4) i. e. 1 cement, 2 coarse sand and 4 graded stone with the help of anchor bolts. The foundation shall be done with ( Earth work 6.0 cubic Meters. RCC 1: 2: 4 proportion 1.1 cubic metres. Steel:- 25 Kg. Shuttering:- 5 square metres) complete as required as per the directions of Engineer in charge. Refer Drawing No.TCE.11364A-EL-4026-GL-40011 for details.

LT Cable- Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 1100 Voltage grade, 4C x 16sq mm A2XFY stranded Aluminium, XLPE insulated, inner and outer extruded PVC sheathed, galvanized Flat ARMORED cables laid in hume pipes/ trenches, Miscellaneous items such as clamp, cleat cable tags etc.are included in the scope. Removal of empty drums & making site normal as instructed by Client is included in the scope. The makes of cable shall be like RR Cable, Polycab, RPG, Universal, Finolex or as per the appproved make list of PWD or as approved by Chief Technical Officer (CTO).

The makes of cable shall be like RR Cable, Polycab, RPG, Universal, Finolex or as per the appproved make list of PWD or as approved by Chief Technical Officer (CTO).

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Termination of 3C X 2.5Sqmm flexible Copper conductor, XLPE Insulated, cores laid up, PVC tape inner sheathed, Unarmoured, extruded PVC Type ST2 Sheathed, 650/1100 V grade as per IS 7098 (Part 1) 1988. The makes of cable lugs shall be like Comet, Dowells, Beaco or as per the appproved make list of PWD or as approved by Chief Technical Officer (CTO).

Supplying & laying of 8 SWG G.I. earth from Earth Electrode (below G.L.) to electrical switch gears or electrical machineries including making necessary connection as approved, specified and directed by the deptt.

Supply and Laying of 25X6mm GI strip at a depth of 0.5m below ground as strip earth electrode, including termination/ interconnecting with GI Nut/Bolts, washer, Spring washer etc. as required. Jointing shall be done by overlapping & with two sets of Nut/ bolts and spring washer spaced at 50mm apart for earthing of the Street light panels.

Supply, installation & testing of G.I. earth station with perforated 50 mm dia and 3.00 Metre long heady duty G.I. pipe with necessary 50 mm dia. G.I. Fittings such as Socket, Tee, elbow, nipple and 65 mmx50 mm G.I. reducing socket for funnel including locking arrangement 300 mmx300 mmx6 mm hinged cover C.I. earth plate complete with digging of earth pit, construction of brick chamber and plastering of both inner & outer surface of wall.
