Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description and any thickness on brick ,concrete or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even and fair to receive the wall tiles etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 350x250x7 mm / 450x300x7mm thick on vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tiles, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick or concrete wall surfaces and finishing the surface even and smooth (Without using extra Cement) and Preparation of new plastered wall surface and applying two coat of Oil Bound Distemper (OBD) over a coat of primer after preparation of plastered surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick or concrete wall surfaces and finishing the surface even and smooth (Without using extra Cement) and Preparation of new plastered wall surface and applying two coat of white wash after preparation of plastered surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L preparing the plastered / unplastered old decorated Surfaces of Ceilings and applying two Coats of White Wash, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparing old decorated plastered/ unplastered surface of walls, pillars etc and applying one Coats of Oil bound Distemper complete and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Preparing old decorated plastered/ unplastered surface of walls, pillars, cornices by brooming down etc and applying one Coats of white wash, complete and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
