Taking down cement plaster of any description/ thickness on walls including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good natural ground disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n. exc 0.5 cum in soft/ loose soil, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in tranches, n. exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.5 m in depth in soft/ loose soil for foundation etc. exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, with excavated soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil n exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, and other similar bands, copings including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed e complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, exc.10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with subclass 'B' old size bricks, in full brick thick walls, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate), 45 mm thick, as in louvres, jallies including all moulding but excluding frame, set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces, set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair concertina coil of 1050 mm dia in stress position not deep aand aligned steel wire coated with CIR ante corrosive paints making diamonds shape with the help of dove tail clips (18 SWG ) fixed over barbed wire with the angle iro, the concertina coil is to be fixed with barbed wire at points where coil thuched the bottom points where coil touched the bottom barbed wire with the help of lug rings (24 SWG) complete all as specified and directed.
