Supplying, installation, balancing and commissioning of factory fabricated GSS sheet metal rectangular/ round ducting complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, vanes, hangers, supports, bends, transitions, reducers, end caps, collars etc as required complete in all respect in 227 DELHI SCHEDULE OF RATES (E&M)-2025 confirmation to IS : 655 and approved drawings and specifications of following sheet thickness complete as required including buy back of dismantled material. a) Thickness 0.63 mm Sheet (DSR -2025- 30.12.1.1).

b) Thickness 0.80 mm Sheet ( DSR -2025 30.12.1.2).

Dismantling of existing damaged/ rust out GSS sheet metal rectangular/ round ducting of 0.63/0.80/1.00 mm thikness and duct size 600 mm x 600 mm i/c glasswool insulation complete in all respect including cartage and labour charges for removing of dismantled matterial from the site and buy back the same . Note- Rebate for dismental material has been taken under this item.

Dismantling of existing AHU capacity 11200 CFM, repairing (including motor) and assembling the same (Vertical type) with supply, replacement of defective base frame with bottom panel of thickness 50 mm including placing AHU on MS Angle Frame at suitable height, replacement of damaged coil of AHU with testing etc complete as required.

Supplying and fixing of following thickness duly laminated aluminum foil of mat finish closed cell Nitrile rubber (Class "O") insulation on existing duct after applying suitable adhesive for Nitrile rubber. The joints shall be sealed with 50 mm wide and 3 mm thick self adhesive nitrile rubber tape insulation complete as per specifications and as required. a) 25 mm thick nitrile rubber insulation (DSR- 2025 - 30.23.2).

Supplying and installaton following size of perforated painted with powder coating GI cable trays with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with two numbers GI Suspenders i/c base of suitable size GI angle, bolts & nuts, painting suspenders, fastener etc as required. a) 100 mm width X 50 mm depth X 1.6 mm thickness (DSR- 2025 - 4.6.1 ).

Supplying, Fixing, installation, testing and commissioning of supply air diffusers of powder coated aluminium with aluminium volume control dampers with anti smudge ring & removable core in confirmation to SMACNA/IS and as per specifications complete etc. as required (DSR- 2025- 30.17 ).

Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of condenser water pipes of following sizes of MS 'C' class along with necessary clamps, vibration isolators and fittings such as bends,tees etc. but excluding valves, strainers, gauges etc. adequately supported on rigid supports duly painted/buried in ground excavation and refilling etc. as per specification and as required complete in all respect. Note:-The Pipes size 150mm & below shall be M.S. 'C' class as per IS : 1239 and pipes size above 150mm shall be welded black steel pipe heavy class as per IS: 3589, from minimum 6.35mm thick M.S. Sheet for pipes upto 350 mm dia. And from minimum 7mm thick MS sheet for pipes of 400 mm dia and above. 80 mm dia
