Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground levels), complete all as specified and directed.

Dismanlting floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar beeding and removing rubbish of the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Glazed ceramic coloured printed tiles (first quality) of size 300 mm x 200 mm x 7 mm thick as in vertical surface, set and jointd in neat cement slury and pointed with white cement using pigment to match the shade of tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F non skid ceramic coloured tiles edge cut 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 (400 x 400 mm) but not exc 0.18 sqm as in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 5 here-in-before but in skirting.

M & L for vitrified ceramic tiles light shade 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exc 0.36 sqm in floor etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 with using WPC (WPC to be measured and paid separately) finished even and smooth without using extra cement as in roof padding, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.
