Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 Mtr wide and not exc 1.5 Mtr deep in any type of soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed..

Removing surplus excavated soil material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for filling approved fine river sand in trenches as cable cushion to the full width of excavated trench, under and over cable complete all as specified directed. (Note : Punned thickness of sand shall be measured)

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, Type-1, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm, ISI marked, laid flat across the cable length all as per specification and all as directed.

Supplying, laying, fixing, jointing and testing LT under ground XLPE insulated, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electric cable with alumimium conductor, 1100 volts grade, IS 7098 marked, with electric connection lugs, laid in trenches/under floor or fixed naked with walls / on poles/ in ducts / in GI pipes etc. and including taking down complete all as specified and directed. Note - Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, PCC cover and GI pipe shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and jointing in replacement of LT kit, epoxy type suitable for 1100 V, XLPE, UG aluminum conductor cable of size 95 to 120 Sqmm 3.5 core and testing after jointing all as directed.

Supply and fixing cable route indicator, made of MS sheet of size 200 mm x 150 mm x 3 mm thick, spot welded with angle iron of size 40 x 40 x 5 mm thick, 750 mm long embedded in PCC (1:2:4) type B-2( using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) block 30cm x 30cm x 40cm in ground including one coat of synthetic enamel black paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and writing with white paint showing size of cable HT /LT complete all as specified & directed .

S&F in repair LT Pin type insulator, porcelin, vitereous (single disc assembly), white, brown or green 100 mm height and 65 mm dia, including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and galvanised nuts suitable for working pressure of 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair LT shakle type insulator, porcelin, viteous white, brown or green 100 mm height and 115 mm dia section of straps 31 x 5 mm with 14 mm dia of bolt, ball and socket type with clamp suitable for the conductor of required size and working pressure 1100 volts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement stay assembly complete with accessories, 20mm dia stay rod 2150 mm long, 14 mm dia GI 400 mm, stay plate 230 x 230 x 6 mm, loop type insulator 90 x 140mm, stay clamps and stay wire GI 7/8mm of required length all as specified & shown in electrical plate no. 1 of SSR Part - 1, including necessary PC in foundation and earth work complete all as specified and as directed.

Trimming / lopping of tree branches touching LT/HT OH lines not exceeding 30 cm girth, shrub, vegetation, bushwwod and saplings at least upto 2 mtr from outer edge of ACSR including removing of braches of trees etc. to a distance exceeding 100 mtr and not exceeding 150 mtr complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Linear length centre to centre of the poles shall only be measured. (ii) Shutdown wherever required shall be taken from Engr-in-Charge.

M&L painting of LT 09 mtrs long steel pole with cross arm and clamp of any length and shape for LT over head line with two coat of aluminium paint including preparation of existing surfaces and marking pole no. in a 15 cm dia yellow circle and marking 03 nos. black and 02 Nos. white bands/ strips with 30 cm wide fluorescent paint from bottom of pole up to 1.5 mtr height complete all as specified and directed.

M&L painting of LT 09 mtrs long steel pole with cross arm and clamp of any length and shape for LT over head line with two coat of aluminium paint including scraping off old paint and preparation of existing surfaces and marking pole no. in a 15 cm dia yellow circle and marking 01 Nos. Orange ,01 Nos. White and 01 Nos . Green bands/ strips with 50 cm wide Radium Reflective Tape from bottom of pole up to 1.5 mtr height complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n. exc. 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in old filling of stone aggregate and Screening/segregating incl spreading material complete for four pole/sub stn or for making path way complete.

Supply and spread 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate around the four pole of sub stations complete including taking out existing aggregate all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No. 26 above but except material . Note :- Aggregate subtained from Item No.26 shall be in reused .

M&L for spraying chemical (Glycel /roundup and chemical composition Isopropyl amine salt of glyphoeate a.i.-40.60%, surfactant inert polyoxy ethylene amine 15.00 % & manufacturing Impurities 4.00% ) on area to remove unwanted vegetation / grass at various locations as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Notes - 1. Labour and equipments to spray chemical on required area are inclusive in quoted rates. 2. Spray will be repeated quarterly or as per the directions of Engr-in-Charge.

M&L earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground in vertical position (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth strip of size 25 x 4 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, all as shown in electrical plate no. 3 of SSR Part - 1, connected to earthing test point and complete all as specified and directed. M&L for writing with 2 inch wide letters of SM / MES No. - as per sample on the TR / VCB / RMU / Starter etc complete all as specified and directed. Note - Writing upto 30 nos. letters count will be counted as one job.

M&L for cleaning the area including uprooting of weeds/grass and removing creepers from fencing or pole/posts and brooming the complete area of substation around panels, transformers and four pole structures complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting to old chain link / MS XPM fencing and steel sections post with two coats aluminium paint over a coat of aluminium red-oxide including preparation of old steel or iron surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repairs for mild steel work confirming to IS in angle Iron (35mmx35mmx5mm) fencing post& struts of any shapeand size and as FI(30x5mm) fillets for securing wire mesh etc with and incl necessary drilling hole, bolting and necessary fabrication and welding works complete

S&F in repairs MS XPM ( expanded metal) of weight not less than 4 kg per sq m , cut to size and fixed with and incl GI staples/binding wire and fixed to fencing post and shutter with FI fillets complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in repairs and testing open execution on load change over with out door Panel box of capacity, suitable for 415 volts, 50 Hz, 200 Amp , 4 pole with extended terminals type, interlocked to prevent opening when the Switch is in ON Position, connecting and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Cost of PCC Work included in the rate quoted.

All as above Item No. 69 but size 63 Amp 4 pole

Disconnect of all connection of LT supply from Loop in loop out box including street light, bracket, clamp etc including dismantling of couping and PCC work from LT Pole and take out pole by suitable hydraulic crane and shift/erect the pole to desired location and reconnect the same all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- Earth work and PCC shall be measured in quated rates.

S & F in repairs danger notice plate 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous enameled white with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of appropriate size for 11000 Volts system size 25 x 20 cm all as specified and conforming to IS: 2551- 1982.

M&L for repair / servicing of LT Panel board including of locking arangement and independent duly prewired with colour code three phases and netural for 415 volts, 50 Hz electric supply with and including suitable sizes of lugs nut bolt washer, including indictor lamp, voltmeters and ammeters, two coats paint after a coat of primer including angle iron frame bottom of panel, including welding of panel if necesarry including replacement of unserveceable component ;- Note - Supply only spares will be measured and paid separately.

Supplying, laying, fixing, jointing and testing LT services cable heavy duty electric cable with Alunimium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 6 sqmm 3 core, ISI marked, with electric connection lugs, fixed naked with walls / on poles/ on high mast / in GI pipes etc. and including taking down complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl. Item No.84.00 above but 10 sqmm x 3 Core

Cutting of damaged end of cable and reconnecting of existing cable to the panel, including suitable sizes of lugs nut bolt washer complete all as specified and directed. Note -The unit rate shall also include for Exacvation, taking out cable from loop and refilling .

Laying, fixing, jointing and testing LT under ground XLPE insulated, cross sectional area 50Sqmm to 300sqmm of 3.5 core with electric connection lugs, laid in trenches/under floor or fixed naked with walls / on poles/ in ducts / in GI pipes etc. and including taking down complete all as specified and directed. Note - 1. Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, protection bricks/tiles/ block, clamps, nuts , bolts, washers and pipe shall be measured and paid separately. 2. The rates are deemed to be included for taking the cable from BSO yard/AGE E/M store to the site 3. LT XLPE cable shall be issued under Sch 'B' free for fixing only .
