Clearing light jungle at various locations during various period of time and disposing off to a place at least 1 km away from the site as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of all labour charges, lead, lift, Tool & plants etc, complete.

Sweeping and cleaning of buildings floor area including removal of cobwebs, debris, garbage, teacups, paper waste and other liters etc., and disposing the same in to near by dustbins daily in all working days as instructed by the Engineer incharge, including cost of all labour, cleaning material, safety appliances, etc., complete.

Mopping and cleaning of floor area in all buildings including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, Tools and plants, charges for saftey appliance etc.,

Cleaning of toilets (Small Size toilets) in buildings including urinals, water closet, bath rooms, toilet floor area, wash basin and around the toilet block for easy approach and maintenance of toilets in neat and tidy condition without odor and foul smell, using cleaning materials like bleaching powder, phenyl, cleaning brush and placing naphthalene balls, etc. and includes cleaning of cobweb and wall tiles (once in a week), cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, saftey appliance etc., complete.

Sewer line maintenance of building - Removing of blocks in the sewer lines whenever/where ever necessary, between man holes to man holes and cleaning including cost of materials, labour, lead and lift, etc., complete.

Cleaning of septic tank/SLS in Buildings with Toilets / with Temporary PVC Sintex tank provision incl. cost of all labour lead, lifts T&P, Safety appliance, corporation/local body charges to be remitted. Pumping and Decantling in nearest sewage pumping station/CMWSSB through approved Septik Tanker cleaner.

Clearing of silt and slush from the manholes of toilet and disposing the sludge by digging pit nearby area, spreading bleaching powder over the sludge and covered with excavated earth rate including cost of all labour, lead, bleaching powder and T&P etc., complete.

Storm water drain maintenance - Removal of earth, sand, silt, fly ash and other loose materials deposited under water in storm water drains using baskets /vessels, Spade and special tools as per site condition including disposing the same by cleaning once in a year as directed by the Engineer In Charge, rate includes cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, tools & tackles, etc., complete.

Culvert drain maintenance - Removal of earth, sand, silt, fly ash and other loose materials deposited under water in storm water drains using baskets /vessels, Spade and special tools as per site condition including disposing the same as directed by the Engineer In Charge, rate includes cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, tools & tackles, etc., complete.

Road Sweeping and collection of litter dry leaves, earth, ash / coal dust etc along road once in a week and removing the Earth / Ash silt deposits including cost of all materials, labour, lead lift disposal etc. complete

Cleaning and desilting of SWI forebay, pump house sump, etc… and maintenace activity during shutdown of the Plant as directed by the Engineer In Charge, rate includes cost of labour, tools and plants, dewatering, materials, etc… complete.

Clearing away the garbage, debris & ash from dustbins,spilled lots and all other wastes lying scattered around the buildings, on roads, etc., and disposing away with a lead of 1km as directed including all Charges, lead, lift conveyance tools & plants etc complete. (Clearance from dust bins to be done twice in a week and collection of garbage to be done regularly/daily from ground level locations, roads, buildings, open area, etc.. as directed by the Engineer In Charge)

Regular maintenance of the existing tree saplings by removal of weeds growth, cleaning and disposing of fallen dry leaves , purning of tree branches then and there, watering the saplings by manually rate including cost of all charges with tools and tackles such as water hoses, scissors, pick axe, sickle and arrangements to bring water to the greenbelt area from nearby water source, lead, lift, etc. complete.

Repair and Maintenance of water supply pipeline -Provision for supplying and fixing of PVC pipe, Tap and specials, etc.. for plumbing system (whenever gets damaged) as directed by the Engineer incharge.
