Providing, Installation, testing and commissioning of 26 passangers Electric Traction Elevator with machine room following specification and features with one year defect liability period from the date of handing over the lift.

The prices of complete job as per the specifications above shall be inclusive of stell items,minor building work, Scaffolding etc. All sundry fittings, assemblies, accessories, hardware items, foundatios bolts, terminal lugs for electrical connections as required and which are usefull and necessary for proper assembly and efficient working of varoious coponents shall be deemed to have been included in this job, whether such items are specifically mentioned in the tender documents or not.

Conditions:-

The work shall be carried out according to CPWD General Specifications.

The work shall be completed to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

The firm will have to follow fair wage clause.

Sub-standard work will not be accepted.

No claim on account of fluctuation in prices due to any reason shall be considered.

The quantity can be increased or decreased as per actual requirement at site.

The conditional tenders shall not be accepted.

No premium will be allowed on M.R. Items, abatement, if any shall be applicable on all items

The contractor has to employ qualified Engineer for the supervision of work at site.

Any error or omission in nomenclature or unit can be corrected at any stage.

The quality of material shall be strictly in accordance with the specification given in DNIT.

All the material shall be inspected by the Engineer-in-charge of work before installation at site.

All the cable/ wire connections should be done through lugs / thimbles duly crimped with proper crimping tools & no extra payment shall be made on this account.

The department has reserve the right to issue any amendment to the work order as emergency demands or allow of altogether cancel the contract without assigning any reason. The department reserves the right to delete / add any item.

Discount offered by the firm should also be considered in deviation of items.

The extra/substitute items will not be allowed against this work.

Security shall be deducted on each running/ Final bill of the firm as per CPWD works manual.

The firm shall be quote the rates inclusive all the taxes/ GST whatever required and no extra payment shall be made in this respect.

The fittings/ material should be got inspected by the concerned Assistant Engineer with the representative of the firm and necessary certificate should be signed by the representative of the firm for its genuineness.

Any deviations to the clauses in the tender specifications must be clearly and separately indicated otherwise it shall be presumed that the offer is in line with requirements of tender.
