Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided incling removing the unserviceable material out side the MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for lean concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in floor finished even and smooth surface without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour PU glossy finish , design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete chequered tiles top PU quoted glossy finish with size 300x300x22-25 mm thick with any colour, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the surfaces as in floors over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 including taking down old unsv tiles complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of size at top 100 x 300 and bottom 300 x 150 mm and height 300mm as per Indian std solid cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new concrete, wall surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class B bricks, using old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.
