Supply ,install,commissioning and testing totally enclosed silent operation with canopy,pollution/emission confirming to CPCB-II norms ,static type Diesel Engine driven,liquid cooled, Generating set of Turbo charge Air cooled 6 in line cylinder of 125KVA/100KW capacity, with Outdoor type AMF Panel , 415V, 50 Hz, 3 Phase 4 wire system, 0.8 lagging P.F & 0.85 Load factor complete all as specified and directed with following detailed Specifications. Make of the Engine : Cummins/Kirloskar/Ashok Leyland Make of the Alternator : Stamford/Alstom/Leypower (A) Diesel Engine Diesel Engine shall be 4 stroke liquid cooled, electric start, of suitable BHP at 1500 RPM confirm to IS:10001/ 10002,ISO 8528-1,suitable for specified capacity of alternator , turbo charged, Governing class as per ISO 8528 part-V,engine capacity of 10% overload for one hour in every 11 Hours of continuous operation , shall have noise limit of <75dB at 1 metre complied with CPCB-II norms complete engine and alternator mounted on anti vibration pads. (C) Alternator Synchronous alternator copper wounded above rated capacity , 415 Volts, 1500 RPM, 3 Phase 4 wire system , 50 Hz, AC Supply with 0.8 lagging power factor at 50 degree c, 50% RH and at 1000 m MSL, brushless type, self excited, continious duty, self regulated through AVR conforming to IS:4722 with Class F/H insulation as per IS: 13364 . (E) ACCOUSTIC ENCLOSURE FOR DG SET Supply and fixing accoustic enclosures suitable for specified capacity diesel Generator set duly fabricated of channel and CRCA sheet of required size having doors , insulation sides and top by mineral rock wool confirming to IS-8183/ IEM recommened confirmed to CPCB-II norms of adequate thickness accoustic louvers /outlet. ventilation system etc . complete as per manufacturers instructions with wiring and lighting arrangements duly painted synthetic enamalled paint over a primer coat or as directed of suitable size all as required at site and comprising of the following :- (i) Base: MS channel fabricated of 5 mm thick MS sheet (ii) Structure heavy duty rectangular MS box channel . (iii) Doors fabricated from MS CRCA sheet with air tight with neoprene rubber gasket and gun metal heavy duty spring loaded locks . (iv) Out side cover: Made out of CRCA sheet (v) Accoustic insulation ( side &Top ) sound proofing mineral rock wool slab confirming to IS 8183/ IEM recommened confirmed to CPCB-II norms , covered by fire Resistant fiber tissue as per manufacturer recommandation (vi) Inside cover : CRCA perforated sheet powder coated (vii) Inspection port : Aluminium frame with double walled glass fixed type sealed with neoprene rubber gasket for viewing instrument panel.

(F) FUEL TANK One No of sheet metal steel tank made out of 3.0 mm thick MS sheet of suitable capacity to hold diesel sufficient to minimum 8 hours running at full load or as standard capacity of manufacturer, tank shall be fitted with in canopy as per manufacturer's design including the following:- (i) Level indicator to indicate level of diesel in tank. (ii) Drain plug with pipe for drain oil. (iii) fuel strainer. (iv) Pipe for fuel. (v) Air vent. NOTE :- (a) Generating set will be placed on suitable foundation as recommended by manufacturer. Foundation shall be measured and paid separately. (b) DG Set shall be placed at the site at location as directed by Eng-in-charge. (c) Testing of DG set shall be done as per relevant clause of PS. (d) Type tested pollution/ noise level certificate shall deemed to be included in the rate quoted.

M&L for earthing complete with using copper plate 60×60cm ×3.15mm thick earth electrode and 20×3mm copper strip thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre below ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, connected to 20×3mm copper strip by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I connected to earth test point all as specified or indicated including excavation and connected earth work, in soft/loose soil, removing soil upto a distance of 50m, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 as in pit, 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering pipe, 40mm bore GI medium grade earth lead protection pipe, 50mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover slab of earth pit reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT Bars @ 10cm C/C both ways and with handle made out of 20mm dia bars, funnel, strainer, alternate layer of charcoal dust and common salt and testing on completion , complete all as specified and directed. Note : Copper strip upto 7.5m is deemed included in rate quoted for the item.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre below ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, connected to GI strip of 32x6mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I connected to earth test point all as specified or indicated including excavation and connected earth work, in soft/loose soil, removing soil upto 50m, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 as in pit, 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering pipe, 40mm bore GI medium grade earth lead protection pipe, 50mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover slab of earth pit reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT Bars @ 10cm C/C both ways and with handle made out of 20mm dia bars, funnel, strainer, alternate layer of charcoal dust and common salt and testing on completion , complete all as specified and directed. Note :- GI strip upto 7.5m is deemed included in rate quoted for the item.

M&L for arranging and shifting of existing panels and modifying the supply area by seperation of feeders suitable for 125 KVA capacity, by disconnecting the existing cables etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of 1 run of 20 x 3 mm copper earth strip with required materials such as brass clamps, screws, spacers and with riveted joints and connections with chromium plated nut and bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of 1 run of 32 x 6 mm GI earth strip with required materials such as clamps, screws, spacers and with riveted joints and connections with chromium plated nut and bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Laying of 1 run of 1.1 KV grade 3.5 Core X 120 Sqmm Aluminum conductors XLPE insulated armoured cables laid through walls, ceilings, RCC columns with saddles & spacers including making opening & repairs wherever required (From DG Set to AMF Panel and to distribution panel) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation for DG set complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for extension of MS pipe for exhaust of 80mm size duly welded as per the site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Insulation of MS Pipe of size 80mm with PUF slab 40 mm thick and including applying bituminuous compound and GI cladding with 26 gauge GI sheet completeall as specified and directed.
