Dismantling of 33 KV CT (Ratio 100-50/1-1 A) with the help of men power and hydra. work includes Removing PVC Pipe (pilpher proofing), opening Cable termination of CT. Work also includes shifitng of all material from site to store safely as per direction of supervising engineer.

Erection of following equipments as per Instruction manual of various equipments and technical specifications including shifting of material/equipment from store to erection site including all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily as per direction of supervising engineer.

Junction Box of CT

Interconnection work between 33 KV VCB to 33 KV CT and 33 KV CT to Line Isolator with single/double by Panther Conductor including cutting laying, fixing and proper tightening with the help of skilled labour & T&P including all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily as per direction of supervising engineer..

Laying of flowing sizes of control cable in the cable trench from various equipment to control and relay pane, marshalling boxes etc. from switch yard as per cable schedule, its saddling at every 750mm distance with M.S. saddles of size 25X3mm. Size including carriage of cable drums from store to laying site and shifting back to store and all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily as per direction of supervising engineer.

Termination of following sizes of cable as laid above as per cable schedule including making necessary holes in glands plates or box wherever required, supply and fixing of cable glands of appropriate size, supply and providing ferrules and Nos. for each core. (The rates of termination of Control cable include the all cores of cable at one end with lug) including all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily as per direction of supervising engineer.

Cutting straightening, bending laying 600 mm below in side ground and above ground of with 50X6 mm size of M.S. Flat for earthing of C.T, C.B with by 50x6 MS. Round with newly laid earth mat ‘x’ & ‘y’ axis below 600 mm ground and above by excavation of trenches its back filling, straightening, cutting, bending work also includes painting of M.S earth ship above ground level with one coat of red oxide and two coat of bus green enameled paint, and below ground each earth point raising from main earthmat ‘x’ & ‘y’ axis should be painted with bitumen black Japan paint and all other associated work as required to complete the work satisfactorily as per direction of supervising engineer. (excluding the cost of M.S Flat).

Dismantling of old & existing ACSR Panther counductor jumpers from different equipment such as CT by opening terminal connector and PG clamp and shift same material from site to store.

Laying of B Class grade hot dip GI Pipe of following size inside the trench and laying of Control cable of 4x2.5 sq. mm, 2x2.5 sq. mm inside the pipe. Work includes cutting of thread, fixing of Elbow/Band, T-joint, four bay cross joint and other associated material required to complete the pilpher proofing work including all labour and T&P required as per site condition to complete the job satisfactrorily as per direction of supervising Engineer.
