PROVN OF MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION OF PUMP HOUSE NO 1 AND 2 OF HQ 25 SECT AR AND PUMP HOUSE AT RANGAIHABI TEA ESTATE FOR SF ACCOMMODATION AT JORHAT (ASSAM)

Daily mainenance manning and operation of the water upply installation and DG Sets with one operator Skilled (other then non ITI certificate Holder) in each shift of Two shifts of each installation (in Two shifts per day consisting of 8 hrs per shift) including Sunday and holiday as per specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge (Notes: Term daily operation includes minor maintenance and like adjustment of eqpt, cleaning insert gland packing and also hourly reading and recording of each plant. Log sheets will be maintained by the contractor in standard performa to make records in consultation with Engr-in-Charge and periodically maint includes backwashing of IRP Two times weely. Feeding of chemical incl bleaching/alum/soda ash dower. maintenance & Repair of Electrical accessories as per direction of Engr-inCharge. Cleaning of Sedimentation Tank, Aeration Tower, & Over head Storage Tank monthly or as required. (i) Term daily operation includes minor maintenance like adjustment of eqpt, cleaning battery terminal, etc. (ii) Fuel and Lubricants will be issued under Sch 'B' for feeding as required. (iii) Spares will be measured and paid separately under appropriate items.

Daily maintenance of water supply pipe line and to attend of complaints (in one shifts per day consisting of 8 hrs per shift) each day Per including Sunday and Holidays for entire Pump House 1, 2 & SF Accn, Jorhat (One Plumber with plubming eqpt Skilled ( ITI Certificate Shift holder or equivelent) daily.

Daily maintenance for attend of electric complaints electrician with Electrical eqpt skilled ( ITI certificate holder or equivelent) (in one shifts per day consisting of 8 hrs per shift)for maintenance of electrification & to attend electric complaints for entire Jorhat Garrission.

Test Report of following tests through NEIST (North East Istitute of Science & Technology), Jorhat. :- (a) Chemical analysis (PH, Total suspended Solids Total Dissolved Solids, Tubidity, Alkalinity, Hardness, Calcium, Magnesium, Sulphate, Chloride & Iron) (b) Fluoride, (c) Bacteriologial analysis (Total Count, Coliform & E. Coli), (d) BOD Bioligical Oxygen Demand, (e) COD Chemical Oxygen Demand

Servicing of silent diesel engine generating set cap 30/63/100 KVA checking by authorised OEM rep of fueling system, cooling system, fuel system, job battery, AVR, along with AMF penal, incl repacement of minor spare parts, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- 1.Contractor will rectify any fault in DG set with in 24 Hrs.

M&L of repair/service of upto 15 HP Submersible pump set complete dismantling, cleaning, re-winding with suitable gauge of copper wire varnishing, heating including lifting from borehole and lowering, re-assembling all the dismanlted components with testing, commissioning to the entire satisfaction incl repairing of starter with one year warranty all as per directed by Engr-In- Charge.

Supply only alum Crystal/ Ferric ( KAL (SO₄ )₂ 12H₂O Amonium Sulphate of 15 % to 16 % concentration ) with water in proportionate way for achieving proper sedimentation of water at all time at pump houses as directed by Engr in charge for better sedimentation process at pump house. (Note : Alum 2000Kg will be issued from sch 'B' store )

Supply of Bleaching powder confirming to IS specification. IS - 1065 (1989) & IS - 15738 (2007)

Supply of Soda Ash powder confirming to IS specification. IS-251 (1998)

Step 2: Tools used in tank cleaning process are disinfected. Step 3: Water and sludge is drained out from the tank using a sludge pump. Step 4 : manula scrubbing of the tank is done to remove the dirt, sediments, fungus & stains. Step 5: Walls, ceilling and floor of the tank is washed using a high pressure jet/Eqpt. Step 6 Vaccum cleaning is done to ensure that all the dirt is sucked out. Step 7 Vacuumed tank is disinfected with bleach incl lime wash. Step 8: Tank is clean and ready to be filled with water for domestic use. Note : All the required Tools and plants, lubricants/oils and materials will be supplied by the contractor during the work.
