For this account nothing extra shall be admissible by this Deptt. SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I (LAUNCH COMPLEXES, SITE - A, B & C, KAMARPUR AND BHIMPUR)

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated, semi-corrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings

Supply and fixing of pre-painted hot-dip galvalume aluminum-zinc alloy metallic coated trapezoidal profile steel sheet 0.50 mm thick (Total Coated Thickness), any pattern corresponding to IS 15965 : 2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 4, coating class AZ150 of an approved colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified including necessary scaffolding and safety measures at any floor complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing of pre-painted hot-dip galvalume aluminum-zinc alloy metallic coated plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick (Total Coated Thickness), any pattern corresponding to IS 15965 : 2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 4, coating class AZ150 of an approved colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges/facia and similar work, fixed with self tapping screws as specified including necessary scaffolding and safety measures at any floor complete all as directed.

Dismantling structural steel work .

S&F steel work in tubular for columns, roof truss, purlins, rafters and battens etc incl special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction but welded tube conforming to IS :1161-1979 Gde St-240 completely providing in any curvature and as of any shape etc complete all as specified

Demolition of cement concrete of any description in any position not otherwise specifically provided for

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5 mm stone aggregate) as in padding and in any situation finishing even and fair average thickness 40mm concrete for getting proper slope/covering as specified.

M&L cutting grooves in brick wall 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal of grooves in CM (1:3) and all as specified.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick average in cement mortar (1:4) over roof surfaces mixed with WPC as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even and smooth without using extra cement including preparation of surfaces complete. (NOTE: WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L roof treatment using APP based polymeric membrane, minimum weight 3Kg/Sqm, 3 mm thick, reinforced with polyester non wooven fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/sqm) over a coat of blown bitumen primer @0.30 Kg/Sqm and bonded completely with torch application with side over lap 75 mm and end lap minimum 100 mm and sealing over lap and joints as per manufacturer's instruction and applying one coat of aluminium paint @300 ml per sqm on surfaces of any description/above the APP membrane all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

M&L Providing, cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 in roof padding , kerbs or mud stop, rounded or champered on edges as in coping and etc including water proofing liqued as per manufacturing instruction.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc.

S&F 110 dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls .

S&F PVC (SWR) bends any radius bore in dia 110mm.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (E-board, insulation, perforated particle board, laminated board, gypsum board etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets, aluminium snap grid, hangers etc.

S&F anodised aluminium snap grid size 605 mm x 605 mm frame work for false ceiling and hangers 6mm dia GI (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40 x 3mm size 600mm long complete all as directed .

M&L 4mm thick e-boards size 600 mm x 600 mm fixed or laid/inserted to timber/GI/aluminium frame work with screws in ceiling flat or sloping complete all as directed .

M&L for flyash bricks old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 etc complete all as specified,including demolition of brick work

M&L 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement on walls.

M/L Preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from frames) not exceeding 1.5 sqm each, including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts or dismantling brick work (holes cut and any other damage to jambs, walls for taking out hold fast shall be finished identical to existing finish without any extra cost to Govt.), complete all as directed .

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from frames) area exceeding 1.5 sqm and not exceeding 4.0 sqm each, including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts or dismantling brick work (holes cut and any other damage to jambs, walls for taking out hold fast shall be finished identical to existing finish without any extra cost to Govt.), complete all as directed .

S&F anodised aluminium powder coated frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified.

S & F aluminium powder coated (Thickness or powder coating not less than 50 micron) door shutters Openable or Sliding, aluminium section weighing not less than 0.55 kg/ m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, ruber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminum snap beading screws etc. complete all as specified. (Note : S&F rates, include for handles, hinges, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap on beading for fixing glass panes in frames as required.

S & F powder coated (Thickness or powder coating not less than 50 micron) aluminium window and ventilator shutters, fixed type (three tire, two Nos glass and one No wire mesh window shutter) without sash bar, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws etc. complete all as specified. (Note : S&F rates, include for handles, hinges, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap on beading for fixing glass panes in frames as required.

Supplied only 5 mm thick sheet glass and glazing with rubber packing around the glass, in squares any size pane complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door Frames/Chowkhat of size 50 x 100mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (woodpowder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge),minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with M.S hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-In- Charge.

Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter 30mm thick of required size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/ borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer-In- Charge. S & F solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain coloured PVC sheet reinforced with MS Square tube complete all as specified and directed .

S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails.
