CONSTRUCTION OF BOUNDARY WALL WITH STEEL GATES FOR R and R COLONY FOR DISPLACED FAMILIES AT VILLAGE PARANGA UNDER NALCO UTKAL-D COAL MINES.

SECTION-1

The agency will carry out the following activities and liaison with different Govt. Authorities to complete as per direction of EIC of the work. Mutation of balance Pvt. Land measuring Ac. 0.62 of R&R Colony in respect of village Paranga. - Co-ordination with Tehsil Office, Chhendipada for mutation of balance private land measuring Ac. 0.62 out Ac. 24.40. - ROR No. 494/1559 issued for Ac. 23.78 out of Ac. 24.40 in manual form and it has to be converted to Bhulekh, through requisite process. - Issuance of ROR (record of rights) of balance land of 0.6225 Ac in Bhulekh form.

Digitization / Authentication of R&R Colony Map. - Revenue village map of village Paranga has to be developed in tracing sheet with demarcation of full plots / part plots. - The plots demarcated in tracing sheet has to be certified by R.I. of Paranga and authenticated by Tahasildar Chhendipada. Revenue village - Paranga Year - 1981-82 Sheet No: - 1 & 3 - Map should be demarcated with boundary line.

Demarcation of Boundary line: - File application in Tehsil Office Chhendipada for demarcation of R&R Colony boundary line in respect of village Paranga. - Forward the application from Tehsil Office to concerned Revenue Circle, Police Station and Tenants of the adjacent plots. - In consultation with the Tahasildar, Chhendipada to fix up date for demarcation. - To obtain the demarcation report from R.I. Circle countersigned by the Tahasildar. - The agency has to arrange required manpower and machinery for demarcation of boundary line and necessary concrete pillar fixing complete as per direction of EIC.

Survey work & preparation of construction Drawings: - The agency have to deploy the manpower and machinery for total station survey for pre-construction and post construction work and submit two sets of hard copy and one set of soft copy. - The agency has to prepare construction drawing at various stage of construction work like foundation detail, column details, plinth beam details, super structure details & steel gate etc. and duly certified by Govt. authority and approval by EIC of the work. - The agency has also to submit post construction drawing and get it approved by EIC of the work. - The agency has to submit two sets of hard copy and one set of soft copy for various construction drawings.

SECTION-2

Overhauling of Transformer: The following jobs are to be carried out during overhauling: - a. Oil filtrations 100KVA Transformer b. Painting of 100KVA Transformerc. c. LT stud change of 100KVA Transformer. The Party have to do co-ordination with CESU for arranging Shutdown/inspection/charging, etc. statutory fees will be reimbursed against demand of fess to NALCO by CESU.

Distribution of 415V LV Power Supply, Erection and commissioning of LT Outdoor Lighting Distribution Box made from CRCA Sheet min. 2mm thick with Canopy confirming to IP: 66/67 suitable for operation on 433 Volts, 3 Phase, 4 Line, AC 50 cycles systems and required to be installed at the secondary terminals of distribution transformer centers. The contractor have also to supply the following materials with termination that includes supply of required materials for completing the work in complete i. Single core 150 mm2 PVC cable approx. 80Mtr ii. Supply of 150mm2 31/2 core PVC cable approx 70 Mtr iii. Supply of cable for Pump motor - 3 1/2 core 95 mm2 PVC cable approx 80 Meter. iv. Overhauling of AB Switch with replacement of damaged parts/spares v. 05 nos Earthings are to be done near the Transformer area

Supply and installation of 22 Nos of 90W LED Street Lights (Make: HPL/Syska/Philips/Bajaj) with min 2 yrs Guarantee for replacement and supply of detailed fittings required for fixing of LED Lights in RCC 9 Mtr. Electric Pole. Including supply and erection of Electric Pole, complete in all respect.

SECTION-3

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation, trenches or drains (Not exceeding 1.5 mtr in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottom, lift up to 1.5 m including getting out of the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 1 km. . *All kind of soil

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches plinth, side of foundation etc in layer not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 1 KM & lift up to 1.5m.

Supplying and filling with sand under floors, foundations etc. including watering ramming, consolidating and dressing complete in all respect.

Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete (cast-in site) of 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand : 8graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering & shuttering up to plinth level for foundation work including curing complete in all respect.

Providing and lying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement – All work up to plinth level : R.C.C. (1:1.5:3) in foundation

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls ( any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement: R.C.C. (1:1.5:3) in super structure.

Brick work with non-modular fly ash brick conforming to IS:12894 class designation 10 average compressive strength in foundation including curing complete with cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand-)

Providing and lying 15 mm laying thick cement plaster on rough side / single brick wall above plinth upto any height including the cost of all materials, labour & curing complete with cement mortor 1:6 (1 cement : 6 Coarse sand)

Neat cement punning

Centering & shuttering including strutting, propping etc, and removal of form work all height for lying of reinforce concrete work including cost of all material and labour complete for foundation footing, bases of column etc.

Centering & shuttering for super structure including shuttering, propping etc, and removal of form work all height for lying of reinforce concrete work including cost of all material and labour complete for column, beams etc.

Providing steel reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding with black annealed iron wire complete in all level with thermo mechanically treated bars of grades Fe 500 D or more.

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives (weather coat) of required shade for new work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr / 10 sqm over including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg / 10 sqm).

Supplying and Painting on Steel Structures with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give even shade for two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture. Including supplying and application of one coat of approved steel primer on rust free surface complete.

Fabrication of Structural Steel work welded in built up sections / framed work, including supplying of the structural steel, cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required complete in all respect.
