Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding(but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

M&L light shade Vitrified coloured tiles 9-10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM(1:6) in floors etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick ( square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but no exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 15 mm thick screed in Cement morter1:4 complete.

M&L for Non skid ceramic coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.18 sqm but n.exc 0.38 sqm in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 for laying complete all as specified

M&L glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 350 x 250 x 7 mm or 450 x 350 x 7 mm thick over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match coloured tiles.

M&L for ceramic tiles joint free coloured 400x400mm size 7mm thick as in skirting over and incl 10mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) set jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with colour cement to match the tiles complete.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in Ground floor & paving n.exc 15cm thickness and removal of debris from site all as specified and directed

M&L Cement concreat type C2 (1:3:6) using 20m m graded stone aggregate75 mm thick as in path / sub base and plinth protecton to receive tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC type D2 (1:4:8) as in foundation filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement concreat type B0 (1:2:4) using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate 25 mm thick finished surface rough to receive tiliing all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing Mirror polished kota sotne slab flooring 20-22 mm thck over and including 20 mm thick screed in CM 1:6 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment including cutting and mirror polishing incl dismantling of existing slab complete.

M&L for 20mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, laid over and including 20 mm thick CM 1:4 incl rounding the edges, cutting polishing incl dismantling of existing slab complete all as specifeid and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick/stone work built in cement mortar all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs Brass CP mixer for mixing hot & cold water screwed down for 15mm iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 15 mm dia brass chromium plated pillar tap, with or without lettered 'Hot' or 'Cold' ,with long screwed shanks and fly nut, capstan head, screwed for 15mm dia pipe all as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs of CP brass WHB mixers for hot and cold water mixing of 15mm dia screwed down for iron pipe as suitable for site complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs 15 mm bore stop valves cast copper alloy screwed down high pressure with crutch or butter fly handle screwed both ends for iron pipes or for unions and fixed.

S & F in repairs 10 lits capacity PVC flushing cistern low level, white, with inlet, ball valve, float and handle flush pipe including brackets etc complete.

S&F in repairs vitreous china wash down water closet pedestal pattern white complete and connectin to single symphonic action type PVC flushing cistern 10 ltr capacity and fixed in floor with brass screw complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair sinks made of stainless steel 1mm thick kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers and wastes; including bedding in cement mortar on to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe, overall size 485mm x 420mm bowl size 410mm x 330mm x 160mm
